Stay was good, but food can be improved. Location is good

The hotel is located at very prime location and is very spacious.The view from hotel gives you a very peaceful and vibrant vibes as it is located near Laxman jhula and ganga river flows down . The staff member Manoj Rana is very very helpful and courteous he helped us with all our queries and service was top notch

The experience was very good plus the rooms were nice and staff are polite.

The hotel provided no assistance to get to the property. I was at the property by 4pm but I got my room allocated at 8pm which was not even as the same category. the reason for delay was the room that I was to get allocated was sealed by the cops due to a theft of items. the room that was then allocated. We spent another 45 mins to get that changed. There were broken fixtures in the bathroom and cockroachs on the bed. All the videos and pictures have been taken and shared with the hotel. The cleaning lady just walked into the door at 10.45 pm for cleaning without permission. the problems were endless

We were allotted rooms in the 2nd floor, with no lift available. Stairs have been built with inconsistent height causing trouble to climb up and down. One has to walk uphill to get any public transport like autos etc. Rooms are decent, however some bath amenities were missing. Liked the view from the room. Food prices are on the higher side considering the portion size, taste was good.

the Hotel offers serene view of Ma Ganga. the executive room with private balcony is just a great relaxing fit in the itenary. it offers both the mountain view as well as the river View. there is a boat pickup point at just 100 mtr walkway thus letting you connect the other side of river to the road to swargasharm and parmarth ashram. the hotel staff is very decent and supportive. Manoj Ji ensured that we get whatever we needed to make our stay homely. The cafe is just too good offering delicacies from local to multinational. the grilled sandwich is just out of the world. would give great thumbs-up to this hotel. through the approach road one can walk to nearby taxi stand.

The location is good, but i booked for ganga river facing for superior version but allotted to opposite to it, but i argued on it. Then he allotted for the remaining last two days with an for two days

Traditional indian food choice is less but whatever is available is very tasty. Good and caring staff. On the banks of river ganga.

this is very good ambiance we really appreciated specially Mr Arun Dobhal very co-operate person all members of this hotel doing wonderful job i would like to come here again & again

Amazing property, very courtious staff humble and friendly. The hotel is pet friendly and you get a warm welcome & reception by their pet dog named Holi. Mr.Anand Pathak from the hotel team was v v helpful & kind. He suggested us places to roam, shop and eat. Helped us to get a 2 wheeler on rent at a v good rate. Arranged cab (Mr Abhinav Dixit) who was an amazing person who guided & took us to many places during our 4 days stay. Overall an amazing, calm place to stay. Hotel restaurant Archies has some amazing and yummie food to offer. One suggestion : to try and increase breakfast options by adding steam idlis, upma, maggie as these are also fast moving brkfst which is preferrred by many people. Will surely visit again kudos to the team and their efforts.

Great location and stay. we booked the executive suite with river view and it was beautiful. the service was good and the cafe is amazing. their coffee is authentic

Good view from the room. Clean and hygienic room. Toilet big and clean staff and manager soft spoken and gentle. Mr. Manoj rana (pushpa 2) very helpful and jovial in nature.

Never expected MMT to recommend this to people

Best stay ever. My Room was pretty big with a private balcony and a Ganga view. Food was awesome, eggless Walnut brownie is a must try. Staff and service better than many many many premium 5 star hotels. Location couldn’t be more perfect.

The rooms are clean and staff is helpful. Every room as view to laxman jhula but it's under redevelopment now so please check before coming as there is not much to explore other than rafting. Food is good but pricey.
