All thing is good expect blanket, blanket was so dirty and smelling shit, and the food was not good also. But staff was excellent.

Room was not same as shown in the image. It was not same room with no valley view. You charged us for a deluxe room but still provide very simple room without any facility. It was worst experience.

properties found experience was bad (toilet flush not working ,toilet and main gate lock ware broken , bed sheet was really in bad condition staff was said all bedsheets are in there condition , room was not clean curtain rods were broken ) last point which show the pic of room those are not same condition .pathetic experience this time not expected

it shouldn't be called a hotel. The location is trash, it's not near mall road at all. Images provided are fake, staff is unprofessional and unhelpful, they don't know how to run the place. Upon reaching we received an overpriced room which didn't even have a lock. The room stank, bedsheets were dirty, no toiletries were provided, geyser, fan, lights, tv were not working. The kitchen was moldy and stinky as well. There were bugs and spiders in the room. They took care keys for parking and the guy just vanished with our keys and didn't pick his phone for hours. We had to go by foot because of his foolishness and got our keys back by midnight. Terrible place, worst experience ever.

The 'hotel' is at a terrible location, rooms filled with bugs and spiders. Fan, geyser, ceiling lights, sockets not working. food was terrible too. The management was absolutely garbage, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Our room didn't even have a lock and they didn't do anything about it. They took our car keys for parking and the guy just took off with our car keys without informing anyone, we had to go by foot because he wasn't even answering his phone. we got our keys back later that night. The bedsheets were DIRTY, rooms stank. They didn't even have toiletries. No complimentary water bottles were provided. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Their kitchen is mouldy too. We couldn't wait to leave.

The best ever stay among all the hotels. Service was excellent. Everything is amazing and the view from the hotel is beautiful and everything is perfect staff are very friendly. A good and safe place to stay with family. Very good rooms neat and clean and very good hospitality. thank you jassi 😊

Hotel was not in operational condition. I want one day refund. I stated in other hotel next day. Savoy hotel staff himself admitted that we should not booked.

This property has entered the wrong address so it's more like a hustle to find the hotel their sign board was blurred to the extent that it was totally white and the name was visible only 5 percent. Their bedsheet and blanket were not clean, they don't provide basic things like toiletries and what's visible in the name of view is garbage from the window so the hotel is good only if they charge 500 rupees per room because that was the condition of that room

They are a fraud. The hotel is located in a muddy ditch. They had soiled linen, a stinky room and a dirty bathroom with no availability of anything. I couldn't stay there and they didn't refund my money. I had to then search for another place to stay. I lost my booking amount there without even staying. Please refrained from booking this hotel.

The hotel was way down and there was no mode of transport to go upside. There was more heater i the room. When we entered in the bathroom tap was broken and we had to call the reception all the time. We asked the manager to change the room, they denied by saying that no room available, though there were no guest in that hotel, we had to pay extra for the heater. Maintenance guy was entering with dirty slippers. We asked for the bathroom slippers and they denied. Over all experience was terrible and i felt like wasting my money. I did not expect t hay a travel like mm t deals with these types of hotels. This is ridiculous. I will. Make sure that neither me nor anyone in my known is going to use mm t for further trips

It was written 100 + meters from mall but it was down. Lots of moisture in the wall which was not looking good if we pay for a hotel.

Far away and 700 metre walk away very down steep from mall road library. Room is not as shown in picture

Location is good, food is very good, amenities and services are excellent. Hotel is easy to reach from library chowk.
