Experienced Chalet as a solo traveller who lost his way due to the magic of Gmaps (ask the host for the location instead of blindly trusting google. Located near Club Mahindra the stay is well connected to the Mall road by a downhill walk of 500m. The rooms are extravagant and well worth the bucks you’ll spend. The real highlight however is the host and his family who are very welcoming and helpful even coming to drop me off. I loved the offbeat Mussoorie experience and would certainly recommend it.

It was very beautiful view room to stay. Food was average but was manageable. The most shoutout to the owner who made sure to provide car access for the trek to the hotel for both ways. Really appreciated

This place was the worst experience I've had in all my travels. It is literally in the middle of nowhere with no proper road access—reaching the property safely by car is nearly impossible, especially with luggage or elderly guests. To make things worse, the accommodation is on the 4th floor with NO lift. Imagine hauling your bags up steep, narrow stairs while the staff just watch and shrug. Speaking of the staff – arrogant, unhelpful, and unapologetic. They hide behind the non-refundable booking policy like a shield, knowing full well that once you're there, you're stuck. No sense of hospitality or basic courtesy. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this nightmare. There are plenty of better options in Mussoorie. This is one place I will never return to, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

I recently had a pleasure staying at Chalet de Nature.. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful with local tips and recommendations. The location was peaceful and convenient for exploring the area. overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience.

Scenic view from the balcony however, hotel location was far away from Mall Road and it was not possible for either private vehicle or rental vehicle to go there. You have to walk 500 meter to hotel every time coz there were no shops, restaurants nearby and you have to get down to Mall Road. Room was not clean and had bugs n flys.

The location is deep inside the mall road and you cannot take any rented scooty there. The way to the hotel is dark and feels very scary if you’re traveling with a girl. They didn’t provide any amenities whatsoever and there wasn’tany staff at all. There was just one guy who was the cook, the laundry man, and even the receptionist. They charged me almost 9000 for two days and the experience was overly hideously. I could’ve easily gotten a much better deal from another hotel

The property was difficult to access, and the food was significantly overpriced relative to its quantity and quality. Additionally, the staff were extremely rude. At exactly 10 PM, they forced us to leave the premises, despite the heavy rain outside.
