The actual hotel and room was totally different from the images. It was congested and super dirty room. The room are dirty,mold, no amenities & toiletries no bathroom sleepers even after asking they denied. They didn’t even contact you the location is also no accurate it was to far and difficult to find. We checked in at 1 am at night but the host didn’t even help properly. Room was super dirty not even cleaned. Dustbin was used and fill with all the previous smelly trash. Rugmat was dirty fell like vomit. Overall dont book this hotel.

There is no cleaning ,no service, rooms and washrooms are smelling terribly,staff is also not listening they are just ignoring if you are telling them something , no hygiene at all i will never suggest anyone to go and stay there very worst experience

I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable—the rooms were dirty, and the bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. There was no parking facility, which was extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, no room heater despite the cold weather, and the blankets provided were in awful condition. The location is misleading. They advertise being close to Mall Road, but in reality, it’s very far away. This seems like a deliberate attempt to confuse guests.Their support team failed to address any of the issues, making the entire experience even worse. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel and looking for a more reliable option. Total waste of money and time!
