Gud sight-view from the balcony, rooms were in clean conditions, bathroom was spacious and staff punctuality is also humble and good, u have inform the staff before evening for your order.

As you were so late in coming to our property sir.. the check in is closed after 12 hours of checkin timing if you Dnt inform to property that you are coming.. still we are sorry for the inconvenience uh faced at our property.. we want to give uh a full day stay with breakfast at free of cost at hour property.. to avail this complimentary stay plz text us on this no. 8010171499
Poor Stay
We have booked two rooms but they provide us only one small room with chargeable extra metress. Very bad experience. Totel staff fully drunk.

Which is written everywhere on property even on the main board of Shivroots. am seriously so embarrassed while listing uh that all this happen to uh in my absence. we changed the whole staff now. uh come anytime. we will give uh stay complimentary from my side just call or text me on my no. Before coming.
Best hospitality with comfortable stay
Location wise paradise of earth best and beautiful property food taste is best with higenic all things are good. 100 into 200 marks from my side. Also world best sunset point by rooftop thanks for lovely palace.

Poor Stay
Bed sheet and pillow are not neat and clean. Bathroom sliper and toilet soap are not there. A loo paratha is not good. They serve curd which not fresh. At the time 07 p. M. I was reached but till time room was not ready whenever check in time is 1100 and i informed for i'm coming late. Please my room will be ready. But not ready at the time of check in

Sir we are sorry as some day crowd was overloaded and staff not get tym to do everything properly.. still if uh get this type of inconvenience ever again at our property. Uh will definitely get good assistance.. hope to see uh again 🙏🏻

I just was a good trip
The location was beautiful howerver due to rainy season the room was not good and the care take was friendly and the food was good and. However during the stay there was not electricity for more than 12 hrs. However i would recommend the owner to convert the room into the hostels bag-packer.

Shiv-root resort is best in mussoorie having great mountain view’s and staff is best part of shivroot. Totally had wonderful experience

It’s raining from last 7 days continuously in mussoorie thts why rooms are full with humidity. sorry for your inconvenience at out property. we will resolve this problem very soon.

I have not seen the best resort ever. This resort is the heart of the people, including paras bhai, he is the best resort owner i have seen.

Highly recommended. Just one downpoint is that, the hotel is located approximately 8 km from mall road.
Very good hotel and working people. The food quality is so good. Must prefer if you are searching hotel near kempty fall.
