If you want comfortable then please don't book this hotel. Hotel conditions is very poor. I was struggle and then cancelled this room

Proper housekeeping not done in room. Room condition not good. very less manpower in hotel. service is very slow.

Check-in was delayed and had to contact hotel staff from reception as intercom was not working. Otherwise basic amenities were fine. Stay was comfortable and food served was delicious.

worst 3rd class service along with their hotel The service of the hotel 3rd class.today order breakfast at 8.30am and received at 10am after called 3 times and personally go to the reception then. Deluxe room: the curtains are torned, bedsheet room conditions third class, in bathroom baby pads are there, on walls spitting of tambacco

Worst service i h e ever seen... they provided us the 3rd floor room no geyser working properly and intercom not wroking everytime you need something you have to go to the reception from 3rd floor to tell them...towels and sleepers were provided food were available after 2 hours of order

Mr. Bobby verma was our host for the stay. Amenities, location all were nice. Hotel is just 1km from mall road and has a nice parking space with a very beautiful view. Food, services all were good.
