Very bad Experience at Kosha villas bcs they missbehave with us in food related topic and also no value for money in food. Their staff are very good but owner or manager was very bad person

Accommodation is good. It's located in a scenic place overlooking the Pawna Lake.It was clean and well maintained. They have three villas. Two are three bedroom villas and one is a two bedroom villa. We stayed in Ahilya. One bedroom did not have an attached bathroom . Though it didn't make a difference to us as we were two couples visiting the place. Out of the three I guess Kaya villa is the best. All the bedrooms in Kaya have an attached bathroom. Also it's got an unhindered view of the lake The staff was polite and responsive. Food was average . Overall we had an enjoyable stay .

We had an excellent stay at Ahilya Waters. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the interiors were tastefully designed. The villa was extremely clean and well-maintained. A special mention to Nitin, the caretaker, and his staff, who were attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. However, the food was a major letdown. It was below average in taste and not worth the high price. Despite the listing mentioning customized meals, only a very limited set menu was available, which was extremely disappointing. In a place like Pawna, where many luxury villas offer delicious, customized food at nominal rates, this was a huge drawback. Additionally, breakfast service was slow— toasting the breads look so long that our eggs got cold. Factor in the food cost while booking. The villa is outstanding, but the food doesn’t match up in quality or pricing. It felt like the property was taking advantage of its remote location rather than providing a hospitable experience. Also, we went in February and the water was ICE COLD because it's an indoor pool. The villa itself is easily 5-star-worthy, but due to the poor food quality, lack of customization, and high food pricing, I’m rating it 4 stars. If the food experience improves, this place would be perfect!

Location is beautiful with breathtaking sunrise views, the service was prompt from staff & food was decent. Overall had a great family time! Would recommend for a relaxed & chill getaway :)

Initially, i mistakenly booked this villa and attempted to cancel it due to its location, but i couldn't because of the cancellation policy. However, we decided to go anyway. Upon arriving, we found both the location and the villa to be beautiful. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The food and service were excellent. The villa is situated in the hills, and the road to get there is steep, so new drivers should be cautious of the sharp turns. It’s definitely a must-visit place for families and friends.

Villa has good scenic views and is specious. But is at a very secluded lonely place. Makes you feel scared for safety. Also as they write in description, not all bedrooms have attached toilet. So if you are going with 3 different families. 1 family will remain dissatisfied. Also the staff is not well trained. Food quality is like basic home food. Lot of insects at night. Gysar does not work properly. Lastly the manager is very pushy. He will enforce the rules on you ruining your holidays. In our case he kept following us in middle of our dinner time for sending him id of my daughter. Also their checkout time is 10 am. Very unfriendly for families. Hence the high price for villa n food is not justified.

Upper deck is simply amazing with best views and winds. Food is above average, but can be improved. Water in the swimming pool is too cold, it definitely needs a water heater.

Villa was well maintained and neat and clean. The care taker and support staff were supportive and made our stay comfortable. The food was delicious across lunch, dinner and breakfast. The view from the villa was scenic which looks over the pawn a lake surrounded by hills. Due to the location we enjoyed the truck to the lake and to the hill. Overall this was a fun filled stay.
