1. Overall Stay & Maintenance Issues My overall stay was okay; however, there were a few issues in the room. There were leakages in the bathroom, and even the bath area located in the main hall had visible water seepage. This created discomfort during the stay. 2. Cleanliness Concerns Cleanliness was not up to the mark. There were seepages on the bathroom roof, and overall hygiene standards were below expectations. 3. Extremely Poor Food Quality The food quality was a major disappointment. Despite paying a substantial amount, the variety was very limited. The cook was difficult to communicate with as he had his own opinions and did not listen to customer requirements. Most food items smelled of reused oil, and the kitchen hygiene was extremely poor. The kitchen area was badly maintained and had an unpleasant smell, clearly indicating hygiene was not being followed at all. 4. Low-Quality Cleaning Materials & Untrained Staff After spending such a significant amount, it was surprising to see that local, low-quality cleaning materials were used in the washrooms. Proper cleaning was not done, and the staff did not seem well-trained or educated enough to handle guest requests. Considering the property is in an outskirt location, it is crucial to have qualified staff or at least a capable manager to manage guest requirements. 5. Linen Quality The bed linen and bath linen were clean and in good condition, but I believe this is mainly because the property is new. Looking at the way the staff maintains things currently, I am quite sure that once the property gets older, there will be stains and hygiene concerns, as the team seems incapable of handling such situations. 6. Food Charges Not Justified The food charges were extremely high. I paid ₹3,600 for just a few meals over two days, which is far more than what I expected for the quality provided. The food was not great at all—just average.

Location very, food nice, supportive staff, stay was comfortable

The place was beautiful The food was very okay The service was great as well There were a few issues 1) The fan in the room wasn’t functioning properly and zero effort was pun in to fix the issue 2) After filling up the plunge pool in the room there was a pungent smell because of the water which was bad 3) The swimming pool wasn’t clean completely as such I could see things floating in it which wasn’t a big issue for me honestly but could be for a lot of people hence just mentioning Apart from this The whole place is a god damn vibe The view is supremely beautiful Avoid during rainy season though Winters would be the best time to visit Also go with either a bigger group or family 2 people will definitely get bored af Hope this helps 😊
