make my trip should recommend it as family friendly resort

It is not at all a family oriented resort and on make my trip check in time was 12 but at resort the person mentioned 2 pm and even after paying in the full cost in advance we had to checkout the resort as soon as they handed the room keys to us cause there were so many bachelors occupying the half resort and also had a very bad experience in the mean time. The resort staff and manager are not at all polite and helpful and are just shameless who went on giving us a tutorial on how to put the latch of their washroom even though it was not proper from their end . Also cleaniless of the resort is just below average .True and genuine reviews can be spotted This hotel is terrible and very unprofessional would never recommend it to anyone
