Worst stay, too costly, smoky room, cigaratte smell, washroom door broken, ac remote not working, very dirty, the dont even clean the room, lots of hairs on table, balcony was pathetic

I got the room which is having very bad windows scene..it is near to the transformer.. which looks very bad.. bathroom size very small.. restaurant taste is good but more costly.. Tea 79 Rs + Taxes comes near to 100.. Swimming pool is good.. No garden.. Parking need to improve.. Breakfast is good.. overall 3 star for 3 star hotel.. No metdoor available ..No rest areas for driver.. in City location so everything is available near by.

The food options were limited, but quality was good. The rooms were not clean and there was water leakage in the toilet. No tissues provided in the room. The front desk staff and all staff are not good. They are very rude

The property's location is good, it's located in the main Lonavala market and easily accessible. However, our stay experience wasn't that great. The hotel staff is not courteous, they lack customer service. The rooms are also not well maintained. We spent around 8.5 k for 2 nights and I don't think it was worth it. Breakfast options were also limited

The experience didn’t feel like a 4-star hotel at all. The rooms did not match the pictures shown online and lacked basic amenities expected at this level — for instance, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Food options were very limited, especially for families traveling with infants or toddlers. One particular incident left us highly disappointed. I was traveling with my one-year-old baby, and there were no suitable food options available for her. The idli served was too hard for a baby to eat, so I specifically requested an aloo paratha without any chilli powder or spices. Instead, we were served a paneer paratha that had finely chopped green chillies in it. This was not only careless but could have been dangerous for a small child. Overall, the stay felt like a waste of money and did not meet expectations set by a supposed 4-star property.

We had booked 2 rooms at the metropole hotel , and got a call a day before the check in at 11:30 pm saying that there is an electricity issue on the floor due to which we couldn't get our rooms and were shifted to the nearest hotel where the stay was below average and had to pay the same amount as the metropole hotel even when the charges of the new hotel which we shifted to were very less than the metropole hotel. Bad experience altogether.

close to the station and rickshaw and cars to hire right outside the hotel. hotel staff is excellent, rooms were worth every penny. were flexible to allow early checkin and late check out. it was totally worth it . food was great
