prime location. excellent check in and check out experience. complimentary breakfast was excellent. staff behaviour and attitude was nice. rooms were decent but ambience was very nice. No big complaints.

Excellent service by hotel. we are happy and they upgraded our executive room to deluxe room without any further charges on a busy Saturday. A recommended place for family especially in a place like Lonavla. Had their breakfast and liked their soft idlis and hot pooris. My family had a comfortable stay. Also very close to Railway station.

Room was not as shown in the photo. Also unclean. Very small room. Rate is too high compared to the facility. Breakfast is also not good. Although staffs are good in nature, but that is not enough.

Location is apt but the hotel is quite old and has not upgraded infrastructure. Room, lift and washroom were cramped. Food was good but limited variety and staff was supportive. Children play area is in the small gallery. Felt expensive as I paid 5.5k for one night. Would rate Average-3

breakfast was good, staff was courteous, rooms small and old, too small for three adults in a room, bathroom fittings were broken and had to be repaired post check in, TV too small, WiFi connectivity was good but not informed during check in, car wash on demand is a good facility but costly, parking in open air is a bad idea, proximity to market is a plus point. overall rating is 6/10.

We booked premium room but room & service is not good. The best thing is hotel in city centre, easy access to all tourist places and public transportation. Complimentry breakfast is good.

Hotel Chandralok location wise is good. Food is excellent. They need to improve on amenities and services. As the hotel is old, maintenance is required.

the room ambience was good and food was also good but the service was not better. in the hotel room toiletries was not available, they didn't have Netflix, YouTube access in there room TV....
