Great location. Excellent front end staff at the reception. Good spacious rooms. But the kitchen staff needs huge improvement. The breakfast was also not good

The stay was good and the rooms were nice. However, the room service was a bit slow, and it would be great if the breakfast had more options.

Whole experience for staying in this hotel was very nice and comforting. Staff are also very nice and helpful.

Location is ideal, opposite bus stand and very close to the station.The food is just marvellous, services are also good

pros: location was perfect for us, near to railway station, near to market, near to good reataurants etc. room was spacous.. breakfast was ok. cons: faciloties in room was less ( no good shelf, locker etc), room lock, bathroom lock etc seems a little bit old and not in a completely ok condition. No other facilities like childrens park or other activities present. altogether, felt a little overpriced for the features they provide.

The location of the property is very good. In the heart of the main market area, yet free from sound pollution. the whole property is neat and clean. The staffs are courteous and helpful. Food is also good. Complementary breakfast was ok, 2-3 more options can be added. Overall experience was good and would like to stay again.

Excellent service by hotel. we are happy and they upgraded our executive room to deluxe room without any further charges on a busy Saturday. A recommended place for family especially in a place like Lonavla. Had their breakfast and liked their soft idlis and hot pooris. My family had a comfortable stay. Also very close to Railway station.

Room was not as shown in the photo. Also unclean. Very small room. Rate is too high compared to the facility. Breakfast is also not good. Although staffs are good in nature, but that is not enough.
