it was very good stay at citrus in lonavla. excellent rooms excellent room service by clinners. excellent food quality in taste and breakfast is also excellent. so many options in breakfast. in restaurant staff gurav ji and his team also are very polite and serves our with beautiful smile. and we want late cheak out the hotel gives us more 2hours. we enjoy our 4days stay wonderfully.

Stay was okay. Property is near the market and easily accessible. It can be kept more neat and tidy. The restaurant over charges the GST amount and doesn’t reduce the differential amount.

Great place to stay in lonavala, Citrus hotel - we found a very welcoming staff here from Deepmala at reception, Gaurav, Pravin & team at restaurant. Room size GOOD, location GOOD, Wi-Fi wasn’t working BAD, room service OK, pre-check room service POOR as quite a few things were missing in the room, dinning lawn is the HIGHLIGHT of this property, food taste was GOOD specially the khichdi was really delicious. Overall rating 3/5. Thanks !

Our stay at citrus was a very good experience, especially due to the very cooperative staff. We had an issue with the room air-conditioning which was addressed by the staff promptly and making our shifting to the next room just Hassel free. It was my wife Poojas birthday so I had requested some possible arrangement to be made for it. Deepmala went out of the way to arrange a cake and decorated the room also which was a extraordinary surprise for me. The roomservice was nice and timely and the food quality was good. It was not my first visit but with this welcoming experience I would surely like to visit again. The only drawback is no elevators. Rest all is good .

Hotel is Okay, Good Rooms (no doubt about that), Food - Very Bad (Best to get food for outside or order from Zomato/Swiggy), Please note there are certain traveller photos showing a swimming pool, but hotel has removed the pool from its premises so pls look into it before booking
