we have got insects in the breakfast

Experience was worst and staff was completely unprofessional and food quality was horrible and while having breakfast we have got died insect in sambhar and mattress were supremely uncomfortable and unhygienic and were completely wet

Not a good property

Very poorly maintained property. We booked for 2 nights but checked out in 1 day because of the poor maintenance of the property and rooms

Ovis Resort has good food and a nice property, but the service is terrible. I did not get my room cleaned on time, and there are odd rules that make the stay uncomfortable. Worst part i paid ₹2000 extra for just 2 hours of late checkout but did not get any proper bill. Feels like the reception staff might have pocketed the money. Very unprofessional. Not recommended.

The interior of the 2BHK flat is good. The main and the only issue is the accessibility. The road to reach the place is worst ever. Especially during the monsoons I will never suggest you to book the place because the road is all broken. Parking facility is also not good. We had to park at a distance from our stay.

The rooms at the resort were spacious and well serviced. That was the only highlight of the stay. The approach road to the resort is in a very bad state. The service was a little disappointing There werent many options in the food menu as well. overall would be a 6/10 rating. The service can be better.

A great stay value for money, best for the group and family to enjoy in the rainy season. food is ok less choice but can have a cut off from traffic.

Ovis Holiday Resort is suitable if you're looking for a quiet, budget-friendly stay in Lonavala without high expectations. It's functional and fairly maintained but lacks the polish and attention to detail you'd find in more premium stays. Would I return? Maybe, if the pricing remains competitive and the resort improves its food and service offerings.

It was a great experience living at OVIs Resort!! The room was very clean and staff was very cooperative . We enjoyed a lot for two days! The swimming pool was huge and there were also footballs to play in the pool. Room had a great balcony and the view was awesome. The food was very tasty but I do have the suggestion tht they should expand their menu instead of only Punjabi ....the management was gr8 the washroom was very clean. Overall we had a great experience at this resort!

Property was good ang big.. 2 bhk apartment was spacious..goo staff behaviour.. swiming pool was good..only lacking in restaurant.. restaurant is built small compare to property and people coming..so lack of staff in restaurant leads people angry when they were delayed in serving although food was good
