Property is really nice & the best part is 2 mins walking distance to Mall road + Pure Veg food + Valley view rooms.. Staff is also so good that they made us feel special.. Special thanks to Mr. Suresh who served us delicious food with warm heart.. He also ensured that our Jain friend is being taken care with Jain food.. All in all, a nice experience at the hotel Vishnu palace.

Location right at starting of mall road. Food only veg available and quality and taste is very good. Only issue is no stable internet in rooms

Positive: Location, Staff. Negative : I stayed in this hotel on 19th July, that is expected to be a off season, with less crowd, but with less rush in hotel, still washrooms were not properly managed like there was broken Mugs in bathhroom, water jet in toilet seat was broken. Breakfast Seating arrangement was like average wedding venue. Like many families staying in hotel sharing same round table for breakfast.

I took a. trip to mussoorie with my family and the stay here was very comfortable, the rooms were properly maintained and the staff was very cooperative. only thing that can be said is the towels in the bathroom had some stains on them, which we found out later. The food in general was very decent and tasty as well. Room area is good and also location is very nice Food quality during dinner and breakfast is excellent Cleanliness needs to be improved. For example dirty / stained towels should not be there Set up box many popular channels are not available

Property’s location is fine, it’s near library chowk which is the end of mall road. Food was good and reasonable in price. However, room interior’s were very old. Bathroom and other amenities were old. They provided everything but the quality wasn’t good. View from the room was amazing. So overall it was mixed experience but not bad.

not so gud not so bad its average ... i wanna to give u one suggestion for the future keep the kitchen services open for the 24/7 bcz tourist need it anytime ...n flying insects r so big in the hotel they r flying in the gallery & room .. cover the main doors back & front from the net
