Review Of Hotel Vishnu Palace

It was a very nice stay and specially we would like to mention that hotel staff was very cordial. They managed our stay very well from checking in to check out. Everything was very smooth and one thing to mention their food is very good. So, if you are staying here we would recommend to take food from the hotel itself.

The location of hotel is very good. Taste of food is good and staffs are very cooperative. Value for money.

Vishnu Palace Mussorie's Welcome was not warm at all and at checkin treated us differently as we had booked via MMT as if we booked for free, and the room quality was poor, not similar to the photos online. No hot water in shower. Beds, bedsheets, towels, pillows, sofa were of very poor quality. Room phone was not working. Overall Room was not clean at all.

Our stay was great! The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The mountain view from window was hotel was supercalifragilisticexplialidocious. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to stay in this hotel

Clean room, Clean washroom, By walk Mall Road, Free parking facility for cars. Cars can enter and leave any time No restrictions.

Overall a decent place to stay at par with the room rates. Excellent location with parking space and taxis can drop you at the hotel. Unlike other hotels at Mall Road where taxis aren’t allowed. The Himalayan view rooms were spacious and I guess all these rooms have sofa beds. I hope they upgrade their bathrooms with modern fittings. Food is vegetarian and they don’t serve eggs. Just FYI. Worth the money.

The best part of this hotel is its location. Located at 50 meters from most happening place, Library Chowk. Plenty of parking is available. The staff is cooperative. Receptionists are accommodative. Room amenities and facilities are as per standard three star hotel. As the weather is quite cold, they provided room heater. Fridge, Tea, coffee maker in room. Breakfast spread is adequate. Live counter for Dosa etc. No Omlette or eggs, this is pure vegetarian restaurant. Far below the restaurant level, they have kids playing area. Slides, swings.

Excellent location. Near to Mall Road. Access of Car and parking place is very good. Restaurant is good for vegetarian.

Property is really nice & the best part is 2 mins walking distance to Mall road + Pure Veg food + Valley view rooms.. Staff is also so good that they made us feel special.. Special thanks to Mr. Suresh who served us delicious food with warm heart.. He also ensured that our Jain friend is being taken care with Jain food.. All in all, a nice experience at the hotel Vishnu palace.

Location right at starting of mall road. Food only veg available and quality and taste is very good. Only issue is no stable internet in rooms
