The property was nice and looked just like the photos, which we appreciated. However, there were a couple of issues during our stay. First, we had booked a Super Duplex room with a mountain view, as mentioned during the booking, but the room we were given did not have a mountain view. Second, the service was quite slow — we had to wait nearly an hour for our dinner. Additionally, something as basic as water was not provided during the meal; we had to ask specifically for water glasses.

Mv acosta is so far a great property located at good location. Things could be better in terms of food availability since you have to rely on inhouse food, most of the items in menu remains unavailable, the hotel is not in remote location ! Try to book valley view rooms you will get mesmerizing views.

Not recommended
1. Service not prompt 2. Washroom shower was terrible 3. Room tv not working 4. Towel was dirty 5. During check in room floor was wet 6. Mm t check in time 12 noon, hotel reception said 2 pm and asked me to wait. 7. When there was rain, water coming inside the room from covered glass.

Nice view, Good Location but Poor/ Pathetic service
The hotel is a very good property and at a good location and nice view but service is just terrible here. You won’t get respond from House keeping or room service after multiple calls. One person is managing everything in housekeeping and two persons in restaurant. Food options are very limited

Terrible stay, not recomm
one of the worst stays. no welcome drink as stated in booking. no room slippers. food below average. service very poor. breakfast start at 8.30 am, very limited choice. breakfast served was damn cold. tasteless. if u only need to spend night then you can book it as it is new , so neat and clean rooms. don't expect any service or quality of food. also dirty linen.

Hotel was good but far from Mall Road on another side Surrounded by very good Valley view...Food we have not tried so no comment..Cleanliness of Bathroom and Room Service needs to be further improved

Excellent Stay
My stay at [MV Acosta] was fantastic! The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to answer questions and assist with requests. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions and offering easy access to public transportation. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the overall ambiance was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting [Mussoorie]." coupleView was good, room too. But service was poor, also the food quality. For every basic thing, you have to call for room service.

very poor and rude behaviour of staff
family“I visited on 26 january 2025 and encountered an issue with the front desk service. When I asked about my room door lock is nt working and we are going outside for food stuffs the staff member responded in a dismissive manner and seemed irritated and say clear our dues even my car park in the hotel and my luguage in the room even my 3 friends laguage also .Their tone was curt, and they did not make eye contact. Same about the billing timing. The restaurant manager showing ego and talking rudely like that he making favour that we stay in there hotel and saying already 18 rooms are book n all unmean talks witha rudely manner .This experience left me feeling unwelcome, which was disappointing given the hotel’s reputation for hospitality. I hope management can address this to improve future guest experiences. Thank you.”

Poor Stay
We had higher expectations for this hotel given the price we paid. MakeMyTrip rated it as a 4-star property, but I would only give it 2 stars. First, the room was not well maintained. In a cold location, they charge extra for a heater, which seems unreasonable. The hotel claims to be a 4-star property, but the experience didn’t reflect that. The food quality was below average, with very limited options. On the same day, I had lunch at a nearby dhaba, and the food there was much better than at the hotel. Additionally, most hotels provide a complimentary 1-liter water bottle, but this hotel cut costs by offering only a 500ml bottle. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
