The stay in the hotel was good. They have decent rooms are decent in size (not too large) and the facitlites in the hotel are decent. The staff was also polite.

The hotel is not good at all. Staff did not pick up the call at reception. My Room has many issues like Rats in the above ceiling making noise all night and light and other fixtures falling from the ceiling to the bed.It is a hazardous experience for my family as I have a baby. I called the reception to inform me at 5 in the morning but no one was picking the call. I go to reception to complain but the receptionist is saying the issue will resolve after GM comes in the morning. The problem in fan regulator and hot water in the bathroom is also in the room
