Poor Stay
Location is Perfect, right at the mall so very convenient. Rooms were nice as we took a Suite but lot of functional issues in room, specially regarding TV channels and AC not working and staff not showing up the entire day to fix the toilet seat and still nothing happened. Food cannot comment as did not eat but breakfast was like a fish market, and bad. We left to eat out as did not expect such a scene when one is paying this price, there are better places which serve you properly. all in all was shocked at the service and the hotel felt cramped. We had to call 3 to 4 times and wait 1.5 hours for ice and then when it finally came, it came with a bill. Shocking that after paying a room night i have to be charged for ice. They really need to up their game, would not suggest the hotel for anyone who is looking for a classy stay

Room was on 2nd floor without any lift and I was travelling with baby and everytime I have to carry my baby and other stuff to the room. Room was OK not as per my expectations

Location is good in proximity of mall road but taxis are NOT allowed so you either hire a porter or carry your language for few hundred meters crossing busy street. Property is not maintained properly and needs refurbishing. The Stay at the fern mussorie is so enjoyable and luxurious and most important thing is the staff at the fern is so good and ready to serve you on your single request.the last important thing is the fern gives complinentary food like baby milk or baby puries unlimited times so Its best to have in this hotel

Overpriced, Arrogant reception,Poor food Room is totally opposite what they show you. small, dirty and small bed. suffocating room, no ventilation. bathroom is very very small .

lovely stay at The Fern Brentwood Resort
Nice and comfortable stay. The Fern club room was adequately sized with a beautiful view of Dehradun city in the valley. During the night, the sparkling view of Dehradun city was stunning. The evening hi tea was nice. The Rajasthan week entailed a foak musical performances during hi tea and the dinner. The reception and Housekeeping staff was polite and helpful.

property location is very close to mall road.Food was average & since the hotel is quite old the bathroom doors are not good & the bath towels have also become very old,needs immediate replacement. Evening hi tea is good with some live singing.Staff overall are very helpful & courteous.

The hotel is at the Mall road which makes it a perfect stay. The breakfast buffet has good variety and also the restaurant staff is very polite and helpful. I booked a Winter room and it has good views, cozy setup, a mini bar. Overall it was a great stay

If you are visiting Mussoorie and want a comfortable and safe stay this hotel is highly recommended. Mall road is on a walking distance from the hotel.
