The rooms were good but the management service was not up to the mark.Management were not flexible to accommodate some requests.Though stay was good overall.

Located right next to Mall Road. Car parking is available. Temperature controlled indoor swimming pool. Inhouse restaurant. Complementary high tea in the evening is amazing. Staff is very courteous.

great property, Best view, very polite and helpful staff, Great meals. The car reaches at the property with no hurdles. Property is just on mall road picture palace side

Good hotel excellent staff very helpful quick service Food at the hotel is must try Dal Makhani Butter chicken Tikka n mutton dishes are very good , Location of the hotel is super good Bang on the start of Mall Road next to Municipal barrier if in it's your budget go for it

Amazing experience
It was an amazing experience. Everything was so warm and hospitable right from the start till the end of the trip. We loved the entire staff here especially because they made our experience so wholesome- special shoutout to Pankaj! :) Strongly recommend this place to all for stay in Mussoorie

This is to update you that quality of food and facilities provided are not upto mark. Breakfast at hotel was not good. Facilities provided by hotel are very poor, staff of hotel is not responding timely we have to chase them regularly for anything. Location of hotel is good near Mall Road and view from hotel is also good.

Good Stay
The hotel is at a nice location just at the start of the mall road. The standard of the hotel is good, love the attic room. The staircase railings though are a little wobbly. Would have been great to have a balcony as you cannot enjoy the lovely weather "blocked" inside the A/C room. The service at the restaurant needs to improve; it's mostly understaffed. Staff folks are polite and helpful and the food was good.

No welcome drink at arrival was provided which was clearly mentioned in booking at make my trip No warm water for bathing Made complaints 5-6 times, The staff was there but helpless in providing hot water Food was good but very limited variety So it was a average stay for us

Wow!!! We had such a splendid experience with you Make my trip Adviser... It was an amazing trip and everything was so well planned and organized that i just had to bother about packing my bags, The rest of everything was seamless. Terrible Stay
That hotel is no where close to the money they charge. Very basic breakfast they provide not even a black coffee is thr.. you have to wait 20 mints if you ask for anything in bf.. also if u call from room for any service they wont pick your call . Building is very congested without any balcony .. its worth 3000- 4000rs room only
