Good at all people can visit not so good just average and affordable. Location is good room view is good

Feeling safe staying at ratan hotal, and staff support was very good. Food was very tasty.

Room was OK but the bed sheet was very dirty with black spots and shoe marks on it. Asked to change but the replacement sheet was also not up to the mark. Food order delivery is too slow and waiting time can extend to 1 hour. Overall average experience.

I had booked this hotel twice 2 months ago for same date and cancelled the first booking after realising it. But when we reached the hotel the owner asked to pay 12000 for 3 nights where we had shown him the reservation copy of 4100 only. The owner was asking for the amount which I had already cancelled. After having a discussion with MMT representative he allowed us to enter the room. He used such harsh language while talking like aapko Rehna hai to Raho nahi to Nikola jao aur purane payment kar

Quiet small room for a family to accommodate. The parking was also not good and the staff was fine. But one can get a better hotel than this in this price range. Even the room was not properly cleaned.

The room is neat and clean. Hotel staff are so friendly. Service is good. Location is also good. I think the hotel is value for money. Only breakfast need improvement. Room is also perfect for 3-4 people.

Room are very small. TV location is not properly located. Service is not good. They charged me for extra on make my trip booking amount for extra bed while I booked room for four persons. Behaviour of some staff was good but some was not good. Service of food was very slow.

Nice budget hotel at good location, rooms are bit small but value for money since located at main Gandhi chowk, idle for small stay and convenient if travelling with family, everything is nearby. Breakfast is also good.

As per the rates it seems to be a good one, But it was our bad luck that we landed here. Except food all was poor. No toiletries were there bathroom, service, location, staff and room poor. Hotel need to improve in all directions if they really looking for satisfactory service.
