The property location is on hilltop. View are very good. We stayed at garden cottage room are large but some basic things need attention. Room does not have a mirror. And chair sitting space is less .staff services are good

*Luxurious stay in Royal Rooms!* We recently stayed at Kasmanda Palace during our visit to Mussoorie and it was a pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and efficient. Check-in was smooth and took less than five minutes. The room was true to its name, ROYAL with thoughtfully chosen furniture and interiors and was well-maintained, clean, and beautifully arranged. The bed was also royal & comfortable, the linens were fresh, and amenities like Wi-Fi, a coffee maker were all available and in working order. The bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure and complimentary toiletries. Although we didn't spend much time in the hotel due to a tight schedule, we appreciated how quiet the room was — perfect for restful sleep. We had breakfast in the morning, which offered a decent variety and good quality for a brief stay. The location was ideal — close to Mall Road including local attractions and transit options, which made getting around very convenient. An absolute pleasureful stay with family!

Property location is awesome , on the camel back side of mall road , they provide pick n drop service till mall road , they have awesome food and provide beautifull ambience and views of musoorie

Kasmanda is a very excellent property located in a prime location. It is covered with natural beauty and scenic views. The staff are very polite and courteous and helpful as required

We recently stayed at WelcomHeritage Kasmanda Palace, Mussoorie with our 1-year-old son, and it was an absolutely magical experience from start to finish. The property is steeped in history and feels like you're living inside a royal palace — the architecture, antique décor, and sweeping mountain views create an unmatched ambience. The location is perfect — tucked away from the chaos of Mall Road but still within walking distance via a beautiful private path. The peaceful surroundings and lush gardens made it ideal for our little one to play and relax. The hospitality was warm and genuine. Every staff member ensured we were comfortable, especially with a toddler in tow — they even accommodated small food requests for our son without hesitation. Our room was spacious, well-kept, and offered panoramic views of the hills. Watching the mist roll in from our window was surreal. The food was delicious — both Indian and continental options — and the outdoor dining setting added charm to every meal. This stay wasn’t just a vacation, it was an experience. If you're visiting Mussoorie with family and want a mix of heritage, comfort, and tranquility, Kasmanda Palace is a dream choice. Highly recommended — we’d love to return

The property is beautiful and rooms are spacious.. they also gave us an upgrade since we were with our child! The service is impeccable. And food is also great. They also provide shuttle services in demand to the Mall Road, which made it very convenient for us..

best location and serene views r the qualities of this property , u will get a proper doon valley view from there and good food adds cherry on top of it ..must visit

Staying at kasmanda palace was not only a delightful experience but a very memorable one. Perched up on a slight hill, kasmanda takes you away from the burgeoning crowd of the mall yet it is very conveniently located (very close to library. A heritage hotel, kasmanda deserves kudos for it's very well maintained rooms, corridors, gardens, library and the friendly staff. The rich display of collectibles including brass-ware and timeless, vintage paintings, the red carpet on the dark wooden staircase and the walls studded with pictures of the rajas, reflects how tastefully and thoroughly kasmanda palace has been designed and maintained. It felt royal and luxurious. From our room we could hear soothing music in the corridor, seemingly coming from an old radio adding to the rustic charm of the place. It blended so smoothly with the sound of the rain on the misty day. The hill views from the garden vantage points are absolutely delightful. The landscaping is spectacular with a large, magnificent magnolia tree, yellow angel trumpets, succulents, hydrangea and many unusual species for those who enjoy studying flora. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are sure that this will be our first preference when we come back. Thanks to preeti and others at the reception. A big thanks to the skillful drivers who ferried people up and down the tricky and steep hill constantly, courteous and smiling at all times. For connoisseurs of art and those who prefer to relax in the lap of nature in a regal, classy setting, kasmanda should be the first choice.

We stayed at WelcomHeritage Kasmanda Palace from 11th June to 13th June with my parents, wife, and child, and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The property, a beautiful heritage building constructed in 1836, exudes old-world charm combined with modern comforts. The staff was extremely courteous, attentive, and always eager to assist, making our stay very pleasant. The location is excellent — easily accessible from Mall Road, yet peaceful and away from the usual hustle. The architecture, well-maintained lawns, and stunning views added to the overall charm of the place. It was a perfect blend of history, comfort, and hospitality. We carry back fond memories of our stay and would highly recommend Kasmanda Palace to anyone visiting Mussoorie.

Food and service is good but location is not good .you should have transportation facilities from Gandhi chowk

The hotel is exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. As a heritage property, it exudes charm and history in every corner, creating a truly unique atmosphere. The expansive lawn and breathtaking views add to the overall experience. Located right on Mall Road near Library Chowk, the hotel offers a prime location with easy access to the main town. The food was excellent, and the staff were consistently polite and attentive. The only downside is the hotel's location at the top of a hill, which makes direct access from Mall Road a bit challenging. Although the hotel provides a complimentary car service to and from the base, there were times we had to wait 10–15 minutes for the car to arrive. Overall, it was a memorable stay and highly recommended for those looking to experience a blend of heritage charm and modern comfort.

Property's location is excellent, bang on mall road. If you are travelling with commercial cab, coordinate with hotel front-desk as commercial cabs are not allowed in mall road. Breakfast buffet was decent with good variety. We had dinner at the property during our entire stay and it was also great. The property is amazing, there is lounge area for kids to play board games, outdoor play area having swings and badminton net, the views are stunning, the gardens are properly manicured and each corner of the property is well-maintained. We enjoyed our trip and stay.

We stayed in the royal room ,it was a big room with separate sitting area overlooking Doon valley. The bathroom was very spacious & clean.Preeti the front desk manager was very helpful & took us around the property explaining everything very nicely.The garden is very beautiful with Maple trees & magnolia trees.

Stay in an erstwhile palace with preserved history. Lovely location & views - better than most 'points' in Mussoorie and right over the Mall road. Large renovated rooms. Warm and prompt service. Great garden befitting a palace with outdoor seating. Delicious food at their indoor restaurant (though a bit pricey). WiFi is slow but maybe that's for the good! All in all, a magnificent place with lovely caregivers.
