We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It was super clean, which was awesome. Plus, the staff were so helpful and friendly, making everything even better. We had a great time overall and will definitely think about coming back sometime!.

I recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful time! The ambience was fantastic, making me feel relaxed and at home. I'd be more than happy to return and would definitely recommend this place to others. Looking forward to my next visit

Staff was very cooperative. Hotel location and mountain view was fantabulous. Proper cleaning Food was delicious . Proper hygiene maintenance was good in hotel room as well as near to the hotel.

Location was serene and in mystic environment surrounded by hills left untouched by humans View from room was estatic p.s Food was a bit expensive

हेलो मेरा एक्सपीरियंस बहुत ही गंदा रहा इस।होटल का यहां का स्टाफ यहां की सफाई यहां का जो भी कुछ था, सब कुछ बहुत ही बेकार था। प्लीज मेरी रिक्वेस्ट है। कोई भी वहां मत जाना बहुत ही गंदा स्टाफ है। बहुत ही गंदे लोग हैं और ना कोई पार्किंग देखा है। रात को भी लाइट चली जाती है। तीन-तीन घंटे तक लाइट नहीं आती है।टीवी इस नॉट वर्किंग!

Room 4/5 Food 2/5 Service 2/5 view 5/5 they did not change the pillow covers when I asked them they said they have changed them. i showed them the hair sticking to it and they immediately changed the covers .. one of their staff members nicked my car by parking his scooty very close to it . when showed it ,they said rubbing se theek ho jayega. fruit juice was kept hidden in the breakfast buffet and given only when requested .

hello first of this property is much far away from main market of mussoorie and far also of highway paid around 18000 for 3 nights is much expensive make my trip should think about it because everyone want to spend good time with family ut not at much of this Cost thanks and one more thing I will never recommend anyone make my trip for boli g tours and hotels

The property didn’t have our rooms available on time, the breakfast sucked and the property is very smelly. We asked for a cancelation one hour after leaving our bags to visit other tourist attractions. They said no. In fact, they couldn’t even get our room ready at 11pm same day. Also apart from the river,the location is terrine. Kachha mitti and no light absolutely. Also, the sales team decided to let others suffer for a whole day and not answer our calls,oh why not add hidden charges to it too. 0 out of 5 stars

You can stay at this property considering if you don’t have to travel to Mussoorie daily.The rooms and amenities were average.

I had a disappointing experience at Hotel Vista Stay. While the rooms were clean, that's about the only positive thing I can say. There is no lift, and the property is not wheelchair accessible, which was quite inconvenient. The location is far from the city center, and while it offers a basic mountain view, it’s nothing remarkable – I’d call it average at best. One of the biggest letdowns was the lack of hot water throughout my entire 3-day stay. For a hotel that charges such high rates, I expected basic amenities like hot water and better service. The food was just okay, nothing memorable, and very expensive for what was served. To top it off, they even charged extra for ice cubes, which felt unreasonable. Overall, I found the hotel overpriced for the limited amenities and services offered. It was unfortunately a bad stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The service of the hotel is really bad. Balacony lights were not working, bathroom locks are broken, towels are dirty, balcony door doesn’t have a stopper, you will have to put a chair to stop the door. Works on very limited staff due to which it takes ages for them to respond on every call.

Worst hotel. Worst food. Worst rooms facilities.
