Hotel Dream Palace (On Site Parking)

i paid 3 star hotel but total waste of money..

Very poor maintenance of the hotel. Under Staffed. wifi and intercom not working. Very old hotel. smelly corridor. Never go to this hotel.

Worst hotel for family to stay , room is stinking even bed sheets and a comforter is in very bad condition. Gyser was not working, toilet condition was very worst even no staff was there to attend the complaint. I suggest couples to spend some more amount but don't stay in this hotel just save 1k.

Food is fine, service is also fine. But the room which I am living are small and no view and just only with tha balcony . The dishes, cups, plates are not in appropriate condition. Also there is lot of dust in my room

The hotel location was good, parking facility was available and the staff was also cordial. Food was also good and affordable.

The stay was very poor. As shown i booked a room with valley or hill view for which i payed extra money. But on arriving there we were given a very normal room and they said that their hotel is on renovation so all the rooms are closed except the ground floor in which rooms were in poor condition. If there were no good rooms do they should have not shown it . Very bad experience.

Feel good to stay but room amenities are bit low and room cleanliness is not up to the mark, but balcony view is great astonishing.

Excellent location, Mr. Rawat is very helpful in nature and the entire staff behaviour is polite and supportive.

Room was a little bit small compared to price and balcony room was good. That room was a little below the mall road, so to go out one had to climb up.

The stay, food and service everything was outstanding! especially, mr. Anil rawat at the property was very considerate and helpful. He called us beforehand to confirm the check-in time. He even offered to drive up the slope while we were leaving. The location was barely 200 metres from the entrance of mall road. Proper parking was available. The food was also awesome. The parathas and chicken sandwich were so delicious that we ditched the breakfasts at mall road for this. We could even have our own party at the rooftop, with amazing views!

Location is superb but room is not good. Full of dampness and smell. All because of moisture, even bedding also have foul smell. They have to look into this.

I was at dream palace for 1 night, the stay was good and comfortable and staff is very good and friendly ☺️specially the Manager Anil Rawat ji, he is very helpful, helped in parking my rented scooter to the hotel parking from paid parking☺️(I was quite nervous if the scooter will be safe in paid parking which is some meters away from hotel) thanks 👍

Dirty and old place not worth … even deluxe room is not good.. not recommended for stay.. location is very convenient but room is not clean furniture is old balcony is also shared its not private and nothing like the photos

Best hotel near mall road.

Nice hotel, very cooperative staff, dinner was good. Walk from hotel to main road is a little uphill but other than that pleasant stay

Nice hotel and nearest to mall road friendly staff, nice design, good food. Staff are friendly, the foods are yummy. Comfortable bed and mr anil rawat sahab was good and very helpful person i love it and sure will go again

The staff is great and helpful at all times, and food is also good and authentic. A family stay would be your opulent choice. I would like to book this hotel the next time i travel mussoorie. Hope it happens soon

Very bad accommodation provided by hotel, we shared queen bad with two adults plus two kids 2 nights, bathroom very dirty, bed mattress very very bad condition, paid fr super delux but accommodation was in delux room, only parking is ok, very wrist service from make my trip,
