Food is good Location is perfect but little bit of basic facilities weee not available Like parking And lack of cleanses Toiletries were not up to the mark as the room rent Need to improve a bit But still I will recommend this to others

Hotel was nice and so was the location. The cleanliness and restaurant staff needs some improvement. Breakfast was laid very late that delayed our checkout and the staff was not at all helpful while serving the dishes

The property is at a good location but the service has serious issues. Also it doesn't look to be a 4 star property. During my 3 night stay, I experienced that 1. I was getting exactly same manu/food in the buffet breakfast. People even at home don't eat same thing for 3 days continuously. 2. Bedsheet and pillow cover was changed on a daily basis. After request, I got a soiled bedsheet. 3. Two coffee cups were not the same and one of them was chipped out. Bathroom was too small.

Very pathetic and poor management. Not at all responsive to anything. Had to call multiple times, didn't even bother to address our queries. Even asking for water for rooms, they say it's chargeable. Average breakfast spread. Highly overpriced and not at all worth it. Except Location, nothing to admire about the Hotel. Will never recommend anyone

Worst experience. They kept generators at the window. Whole night no one sleeps. No wifi working signal very week. Bathroom water drainage is blocked. After complain no one gives resolution. Just say we gave you best room of hotel. If this is best then what will be Worst. So please don't stay in this hotel. Staff also not corporative.

The room was clean and the food is amazing here. Almost located centrally at the Mall Road, it gives easy access to both ends of the Mall Road. The staff was cooperative and had a good stay overall.

I recently stayed at your listed 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expected standards. I would like to bring the following issues to your attention: 1. Hotel Condition: The overall condition of the hotel and room was more in line with a 3-star property, not the 4-star rating advertised. 2. Terrible Stay

Nothing more than a 2 star hotel. They allocated a room with no windows. The toilet too was ordinary. Any hotel that allows guests to stay by the hours cannot be for elderly persons. They changed the room but this too had flush issues. We wanted to checkout a day earlier out of disgust but no considerations were offered. Would never recommend such hotels in future

It was excellent however they should work on hygenie. Towels were not clean, soap dispenser and pot were broken. Service was 10/10 very quick.
