Stay was great, very calm and peaceful place. Lush green environment and good food. Great choice for a relaxing vacation and enjoying nature.

this was the worst experience of my life . The most terrible thing that someone could think of . Room service and the condition of the room were so poor that there were bees and flies all over the room . And also the staff is very rude . And in addition to all this the taste of the food was too gross to even taste it.

Location is not good and staff I’d not corporative and slow service not price it charges cccccc cccccc cc

the atmosphere was calm snd plesing with a welcoming aura, the room was large and airy with all the ammenities, pool was very clean and beautiful i personally liked the poolside cabanas and also the hot water jacuzi, the food was fantastic and the chef followed all the special instructions, the room service and the staff was receptive and helpful . Overall a very nice stay and also a hidden gem.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this resort. The service was extremely poor, with staff being rude and unprofessional. The swimming pool was filthy, and both room service and housekeeping were painfully slow. The worst part was the management's indifference—when I raised my concerns during checkout, they were dismissive and unconcerned. I strongly advise against booking this resort, as it will only result in a wasted holiday and money.

Excellent resort and what a maintenance all over around...fabulous... i stay 1 night only but.. lovely experience... all staffs are very cooperative... i check in at 7:30 pm and i told that we all are tired and getting late up in the morning.. they said no problem sir...and we check out at 2 pm after excellent massage/spa... property is all good... pool side is awesome...Food is also great... specially Brownie...we all are loving it

Good place very nice view or ambience service also very good beautiful room and property but only one issue very costly food and some food taste very good but some food taste very bad and sweet only i like only cold coffee, noodles and fried rice. Very comfortable and peaceful place i want to visit again i give 100/100 for property and rooms, ambience. 30/100 for food and food cost for me it's sweet because i like very spicy food and food cost also very very high please your rooms already very costly but worthy so if your food cost minimum high so it's very good but it's too too much and location i will give 40/100, amenities good & service also good

Pool was out of the box. Services were also good. Breakfast was also good and tasty. Parking facilities and balcony was tgere.

Pathetic rooms. There were lizards in the room. It is a wellness resort so the smell in the hotel was also very bad

It was a nice place and quite relaxing. It was away from the typical rush of the city and approachable. I would highly recommend this place.

The experience was mediocre at best, the rooms weren’t maintained as depicted in the property images. There was lack of staff as well for almost anything!

The service, room, people are very warm and caring, great hospitality. Food could be better but considering it is as a healing centre the food was also good.

My stay at naturoville was very comfortable. The resort was very good, size of the room was quite good. Resort and the room was very clean. All the hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The location of the resort was also quite good. Haridwar, risikesh and dehradun, all 3 places were half an hour away. I am very happy and satisfied with the stay at naturoville.

The property is wonderful and equally near rishikesh and haridwar. You can witness the nature at each and every corner of the property. Taste of the food is delicious and staff service and hospitality is also very good. Only problem i faced was the speed of the service. Number of staff was less and it was delaying the room services. Otherwise it is a must go property.

Lizards in the room, ac didn’t work. Rude staff. When we checked out and handed the keys, we weren’t informed of the pending bill and missed it. When we tried to explain the staff became very rude
