Wall condition is poor ...there is no basic amenities ....food price is also overrated... Even the scooty is also overpriced compared to outside ...and the condition of scooty is also not good

Not as good as shown in pictures, not recommended. It was a family trip and the stay was not comfortable. Rooms were not clean and food was not tasty.

view is poor and the room conditions were bad because of the wall ceiling and they didn't provide the water kettle in deluxe room...coffee also poor...paneer parantha is good, tea is good...food is average...rooms were not clean washroom was in good conditions.

People are good and helpful … overall we had great stay at the property. Hotel is Suitable for girls trip and is secured.

My stay here was honestly terrible. The towels were dirty and smelly, the washroom had a constant bad odor, and even the electric kettle was dirty. The overall cleanliness of the hotel, including the corridors, was extremely poor. Service was slow and the staff didn’t seem serious about their work. When I complained, they simply said that I was the only one saying this and no other guests had complained, which was even more frustrating. We had booked an executive room, but it felt worse than a basic one. The walls were dirty, paint was peeling, there was dampness, and even a cockroach in the room. Nothing about it felt “executive.” Overall, a very disappointing stay and definitely not recommended.

The location and view was good. But my room was disappointing. The wallpaper was torn and there was dampness in the wall. The service was also average

Not a good place to stay with family. The rooms had a seepage with a bad smell. The road to access property is also narrow and has slanting height. Not recommended.

Location is good. View from balcony is nice. Service is very satisfactory. Whatever you need they will assist you each time. Room size is ok. Bathroom is clean. Food is little bit costlier at the hotel.

room and location is good but there were lots of cockroaches in the room and for mosquitoes they don’t provide mosquito killer.

Had a really comfortable stay at PerfectStayz Value Alpine, Rishikesh. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a nice mountain vibe. The staff was polite and helpful throughout. The location is peaceful yet close enough to the main spots in Rishikesh. The food was good, and overall it felt safe and homely. Perfect place if you’re looking for a relaxed stay without burning your pocket!

I booked the deluxe room and it was really small compared to the photo Also, it felt really unsafe location wise, and the staff was not polite at all. The cleanliness was really bad. There was a spider on my pillow Cover. It really really needs improvement.

Great place to stay, it’s just that it’s too inside, you have to walk a lot to get to the hotel. But overall good deal.

Few points to be looked up on: We visited there, we did not get any welcome drink. Room Walls were damped. Geyser was not working, despite we informed very early. They were very slow in responses. At the time of exit/ check out we were force to give 5 out of 5 Only Food was superb

The room was not satisfactory. There was wetness in the walls all over the room. The bathroom was very small, especially the shower area. The balcony lacked privacy. Only the room service was okay. That’s why, the room was given a rating of 3.

It was great experience to stay here. Room were clean and offered great view of mountain from balcony. Also very quiet place to feel inner peace.

Finding the property was a bit difficult. The location was surrounded with garbage dumps.Not at all as shown in the photos. Welcome drink was mentioned however not provided. The Hi Tea was guaranteed but when asked , the guy at the reception had no clue about it. Water bottles were empty at rooms. Kettle was not working. The bedsheet and pillows had fungus in it! The bathroom was full of cockroaches. I had to argue with the guy in the reception for a late check out as it was part of the package, however the guy in the reception didn't allow. I had to call MMT at night to get things sorted. The only good thing were the helper boys who were willing to help always.
