The hotel is in the hill much higher than the plane land with narrow approach road. It is impossible to reach the hotel by walking. Every time you have to book Taxi which will take minimum Rs 500 one way. The manager was incoperative and arrogant in every matter. First day there was no restuarant service .In Lunch We booked through Zomato. We took Dinner from outside Restuarant paying for taxi to reach the Restuarant. Next day Hotel provided food . The Kitchen staff Suraj Rawat was excellant on preparing delicious food.He was only exception in the Hotel.

The hotel is located at a different location than mentioned. The roads leading to it are completely broken. Most importantly, the hotel rooms are much smaller than shown in the pictures and not up to the expected standard.

Poor Stay

They are cheating on the location, right after booking, they will contact you with a new location map, that will be 1km steep uphill through a 8ft ghat road, any other vehicle comes in the opposite direction, you are done. The next immediate thing they do after checkin is asking you to give 5 star ratings, and they will let you leave without giving 5 stars.

Location is difficult to find but the manager is very helpful and attentive. Obviously the stay is in rishikesh so food is vegetarian and decent. Though you do get eggs.

My stay was very bad with perfect stays rishikesh rooms were not clean, dirty kitchen and entrance vil give you very unpleasant vibe and. Bad smell was coming through out my stay and food was pathetic i would give 0 rating to this hotel and not at all recommended
