Perfectstayz Premium Mystic Falls near secret waterfall, Rishikesh

Hi! The stay was great! Food was excellent and the room was beautiful. The location near the fall was perfect and the sound of the waterfall in the morning when you wake up is very soothing. The facilities were excellent. The staff was super kind and polite! Whenever we had a problem, they were there to help always. Thank you!

Location is great if you are looking for stay near secret waterfall. Food was amazing, roof vibe is great. Rooms are smaller and lagging amenities which does not justify the price.

Firstly Staff were very unprofessional and food & beverages were not at all good. They promised forest view room but i got very unpleasant view for which i spend extra money. Room was clean thats the only positives. Mentioned amenities were not provided at arrival.

Sure They literally force people for review. The bald guy with specs at the reception is very rude even though he tried to take my phone to write his own review , now i understand how did they get good reviews on Make My Trip , 1 room was good but another one was dirty and stinky the toilet smells like gutters , the food was good but according to the price it's not worth at all Chapatis were too small When I complained, they said it's normal size, and even other staff agreed my thought , that guy on the reception forced so many times for a 5 star review. This is very wrong . Think twice before booking this property .

The hotel infrastructure is quite good. Rooms are nice. And outside view is good too. However, the service of the hotel is slow and poor. Food is bad. Even high tea feels like 'low tea'. Further, for even basic hotel amenities such as towels, toiletries etc., one needs to call reception multiple times. Then again call for kettle and tea kit. Then remind them. Overall, the hotel must improve its services.

Overall good staying at perfect stayz in tapovan mr Yash and Aniket was good at what they've been doing, I'm stay again in the future in Tapovan rishikesh in this property.
