The room was okkk but their is a odour smell in it due to the unavailability of window for air passage & ro water facility is not available in it Overall i give 3star out of 5

other issues with MMT as they don't answer the quary with live agent but only with robots which is not fixing the problem

I don’t know where to start so I will start with what was good. The staff was very helpful and polite. Now withe the worst. The hotel room I was given was not liveable. It seemed as if it had been under water for a few years. The cleanliness was way below terrible. There were cockroaches and many other bugs in the room. The bedsheets were used. There were used tampons in the bathroom. The list is too long to mention. So I had to pay for the suite which was not smelly and had good sunlight but cleanliness was the issue.

Terrible stay. No basic amenities like towels or buckets provided on time, even after repeated requests. No telephone in the room to contact reception. Dirty pillows, bed sheets, and blankets. Poor hygiene and service overall. Not recommended.

The experience was not at all good . The hygiene was very poor. Their Bedsheets and pillow were extremely stinking . Their door's weren’t working properly. Overall it was a experience

Dear MakeMyTrip Customer Support, ​I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent hotel bookings at Tapovan Hills, Rishikesh, I had two separate bookings: ​23/10/2025 to 24/10/2025 ​24/10/2025 to 26/10/2025 ​I experienced significant issues during my stay, which I need your immediate attention to resolve, particularly concerning a refund for the prepaid breakfast. ​Check-in Issues: I faced considerable problems during the check-in process on 23/10/2025, to the extent that I had to seek assistance from MakeMyTrip customer service to complete the procedure. ​Breakfast Quality and Non-Usage: I had prepaid for breakfast as part of my booking. I only consumed the breakfast on the morning of 24/10/2025, and the quality was very poor/unsatisfactory. Due to this, I did not take the breakfast for the remaining two days of my stay (the mornings of 25/10/2025 and 26/10/2025). ​I have contacted MakeMyTrip 2-3 times regarding a refund for the two unused days of breakfast, for which I made an extra payment. On every occasion, I have been informed that the property's response is awaited and that I would receive a call back. However, I have not received a resolution yet, and I am checking out today (26/10/2025). ​I request an immediate and satisfactory response, including the prompt processing of the refund for the two days of unused, prepaid breakfast (25/10/2025 and 26/10/2025). ​Thank you for your time and expected swift resolution.

Services were incredible with respect to prices. Staff's behaviour was good and the location of the hotel is very good.

Poha smelled bad, puri was good, paratha was average. Room was dirty, cockroaches moving around, swimming pool was dirty, washroom was not clean, pillow smelled very bad, there was a very bad odour in the whole room.

Staff was gud.i needed early checking the hotel staff cooperated well.all was gud , neat and clean .

Location is a bit away from the main road and quite a climb and slightly hidden away behind UBEX. It is advisable to come by cab and rent a bike or scooty which are easily available at the hotel itself. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good.

I had a wonderful stay at . The rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Worst stay ever, no hygiene in washrooms and very poor maintenance. Don’t trust online images and book hotel. I would not recommend this.

1. The service was a bit poor 2. There was a telephone in the room but not working 3. Bedsheets were not properly cleaned. I could see the hairs of the previous guest on the bedsheet and pillow.

The hospitality is quite good with good staff behaviour and rooms are also neat and clean.Apart from this food is also good.Staff members Rishabh and Ashok are helpful and welcoming.Overall have a nice time staying here.
