Very Disappointing Stay I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very unpleasant experience. The property is currently under renovation, which should have been communicated beforehand. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, the toilet seat was broken, and the TV was not working as the cable was cut. Even the lights in the toilet were not functioning. Although I raised multiple complaints, the staff only showed concern verbally and no actual action was taken to resolve any of the issues. Overall, it was a disappointing and uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend this hotel until the renovation work is complete and the basic amenities are properly maintained.

The location of the property is perfect easily reachable and close stay smooth and comfortable. Rahul the front office manager is very professional and always maintains an excellent attitude towards guest... & Luggage boy is very energetic.

Rahul and his team are extremely helpful, polite, and make the entire stay smooth and comfortable.

I stayed at your hotel yesterday, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The room was not clean, and the overall service quality was very poor. I request you to please look into this matter seriously and ensure better maintenance and service standards for future guests.

Rahul and his team were very helpful & The hotel location is excellent on main road , The check-in Process was very smooth and quick. Staff maintained a professional attitude.It was a pleasant and satisfying stay.

My recent stay was quite disappointing. The room had cockroaches, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The breakfast experience was chaotic. Cutlery kept running out, and if butter was available, then jam wasn’t, and when jam came, bowls were missing. The staff seemed to be trying, but the overall coordination was very poor. Intercoms in the room didn’t work, and most of the staff appeared clueless and unresponsive to guest requests. The property clearly lacks basic maintenance and management. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again or recommending it to anyone.

Nice hotel

The location was good. The bedding was but dirty but the staff cooperated and changed it. The intercom was on repair and not available in room. The food was average. Overall staff was good

You get what you pay for. It is just an average hotel. There is a permanent smell coming from the entire hotel.
