This hotel is at prime location. Rooms are big enough. Nice view. But I booked the same hotel last year and this year it didn't met my expectations. They are reinventing their one floor which is good. But the day I reached, Ac was not working properly, card was not working when I punched it, it was deactivated through out my stay and I have to go down or call them again n again. For it. Also, while I was picking up my stuff from floor I saw the empty water bottle was under the bed may be left of from previous customer and no mopping has been done by the staff under the bed. It was too dirty. Here n there I noticed web nest under the mirror table also drain was not fiver under the washing which was creating smell. Staff was polite though but they need to have a separate inspection person which should take care of everything.

Staffs are good but property is not. There’s no matt in bathroom no handwash and no wiper as well. They have mentioned balcony as well but there’s no balcony in any room in this property too

My experience was very average as the services were average as for room service and everything thing you need to call them multiple time and also half of the hotel is under construction so that will also cause issue as there will be continuous noise coming

The food was not tasty at all and over priced . The AC was not working properly and the doors were really tough to lock. When we asked about extra tea bags , we were denied and told you will get them next day . We had to ask for everything including shower gel , soap and complementary dental kit

It’s a perfect place to stay in Rishikesh. Staff is so polite and caring specially Deepak ji and Rahul ji. Talking about food, it’s so good, order anything and you will love it. Highly recommended stay for all. Neat and clean.

The hotel is good and the facilities are also good. It's just on the other side of the river. So, to reach the hotel could be a bit problematic with a big car as streets are very narrow.

Fantastic Hotel, People were so so Nice and Helpful.... Hotel theme was fantastic, rooms were amazing, Mountain view was amazing... Mandeep ji and Pushpa Ji are amazing and very very gentle and helpful hosts. Restaurant was amazing, we had brunch with mountain view, Waiters Mahesh ji and Rupesh ji were specifically very very helpful and good. Rest all the crew was amazing, JUST LOVED THE STAY, WILL CHOOSE IT EVERYTIME.

hi. my parents at age of 70 stay at Green View by Green Tree Hotels in Rishikesh, where Room and Cleaness is good... view is also good... BUT staff is very bad. *THEY NOT PROVIDE A HOT WATER FOR BATH IN THIS VERY COLD WINTER* After told manytime, but not give hot water to bath, so they take bath with cold water and during there trip suffer with cold and little fever... this not right where there age is near to 70 and not give a single hot water bucket for bath.. else all other things are good... due to my parents not take any pic, i will attch here from net, due to complete this , sorry for that...

Comfortable Stay

We booked an executive king room. The bed was big enough to accomodate 3 of us and they put an extra bedding as well for us. Spacious room, big enough washroom. Staff was very friendly and quick with everything. They provided pickup from scooty from Janki jhula. Restuarant food was delicious. Only thing that can be improved that they don't have handwash amenity in washroom, they provide soaps for that which is fine for most people. Other than that they had every amenity in the room. Mini freezer, hair dryer, etc. Will definitely stay here again.
