It was a pleasant stay overall... firstly i was disappointed as they mentioned river side view in the delux room, but no window view from the room... but it was a nuce location as ganga ghat was around 200 metres and we attended the ganga aarti and enjoyed alot there.

It was nice experience. View is very awesome from terrace. There is view of Mountains and Ganga river from hotel.

The location of the property was very close to ganga ghat. The food was awesome. The taste of food was very nice. The staff was friendly and polite.

Excellent hospitality, food and staff. Rooms are clean and hygienic. View of ganga river from the restaurant is beautiful and pleasant.

I recently spent two nights in Room 303 at Indira Nikunj, which unfortunately fell short of expectations. This establishment misrepresents itself as a three-star hotel, but the rooms are in dire need of renovation. Our room was plagued by: - Stained bathroom walls and broken tiles - Unhygienic toilet seat with urine stains - Uncleaned bucket and mugs with sticky residue - Extremely loud air conditioner, disrupting sleep - Dirty corridors Check-in Issues: The hotel's 2 PM check-in policy resulted in a 2000 rupee early check-in fee. However, the provided receipt lacked GST details. When queried, staff claimed they're awaiting a new GST registration. Silver Lining: The rooftop restaurant offered delicious food and exceptional service from polite, attentive staff. Attached: - Photos of room conditions - Receipt for early check-in fee

When i entered into the room there was no facility of tv which was not recharge. And washroom was dirty and water also filled and pots was also out of order. Service was not good.

Worst stay, room had mosquitos & bugs. I visited with my 3 yr old kid & next morning he had so many bug bites on his face, ear & back. Currently we are consulting doctors for treatment. When we asked to change room, the hotel refused and said they cannot change or offer any other room as we have booked not directly.

Everything was great. Staff was prompt and courteous; specially nishant prasad. Rooftop was beautifully maintained with picturesque view. Excellent place for a family vacation. Highly recommended!

It is a bit expensive(i took normal room + breakfast + dinner and the cost was 6500. They don't have any room from where you can see the view of ganga(you can see it only from the terrace.

The location is excellent, right at the river bank, food quality is good however they need to really work hard on amenities, hygiene and overall stay experience in terms of comfort.

Booked a deluxe room and they provided a standard room size… unprofessional staff. Pathetic. Parking also very far away

Room tarif is high as per the room provided, room was small, tv was not working, intercom was dead, though they fix the tv on request. Hotel restaurant is too costly. Location is walking distance from a ghaat. The road connecting to hotel is too narrow.

Just perfect vacation, room was gud, neat n clean washroom, although washroom was bit small, location is very gud, delicious meal, morning buffet was absolute yummy. Enjoyed thoroughly

I booked the hotel indra nikunj. The room that was provided had wall paints chipping off, flush not working, no wifi signal, and the shower didn't work! what else do you expect to go wrong this happened because they booked us in the old building and they don't describe the condition of the rooms in that building. My family had a really bad experience, there are many small guest houses which are better than this hotel in the same area.

The stay in the hotel was not pleasant. During check in itself, the reception person tried to fool us by giving us a lower level room. After much arguments, he agreed to change the room for which we had already paid the amount. The room which we got was also not up to the mark. The room was very old, the tv was not working. The room was not clean, etc.

The property is very good, staff is very supportive, breakfast and dinner are awesome. On terrace of hotel it's very good looks.

They will offer you only 2 3 things in breakfast. Hotel management must learn how breakfast is arranged if they are charging amount like 3 star hotels. Property is old but maintained. Staff needs to be more supportive

They showcase something and serve something else…… At the time of check-in, there is massive chaos then they given us the room without elevator with our small baby we need to go upstairs and stairs are of iron difficult step-in at third floor. Then we came to know these are two properties they given us a room in their old property which is not having the lift stating that the room is having best view of valley and river. Once we entered in the room we shocked to see a room which is not having the space for lugguage, very small room. If I am talking anout the service and amenities, I would give 0 to them, not ready to give the basic things like water and baby milk timely. Even they charged a lot for baby milk. Food is really on higher side, their cafe staff are not in mood to tell the proper available food even some person offering different menu other one saying this won’t possible. so they are getting huge business that’s why they are not ready to listen you and fulfill your requirements at all. If you are finding this place good in terns of the view of ganga and valley then again there is lot to do to reach this property as the road is really narrow even sometimes two wheeler is not going to pass in the traffic choas. they are charging for daimomd and serving duplicate stone which is shining till you have checked-in. Even post check out if you are going to ask the water for baby they stating it’s on chargeable basis and alternate to that if you are having your own watter bottle we’ll refiel from RO water, My dear property owner if you are charging ₹100 for one glass of milk for baby at least offer a glass of water for baby. Don’t know what others are thinking about this property but we are not going to visit this property anymore in the future nor going to suggest anyone. I stayed at the place with my family for one day in the unit-2. The unit does not have lift and you have to take the stairs. The restaurant is good and there is view of gangaji.
