I strongly advise everyone not to stay at Hotel Azul Ganga @ 200m from ISBT Rishikesh. The staff’s behaviour is very disappointing. There were cockroaches running around inside the room and spider webs clearly visible. When we complained about the cockroaches, the hotel staff made fun of us instead of taking action. The next day, when we complained to the manager, he offered us a free breakfast — as if we were just trying to get something for free — which was insulting and unprofessional. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

Dear Guest, first of all let me apologise for the bad experience. On reviewing your stay, i was informed that the team instantly changed you to a different room. You stayed with us for two more days after the change and did not inform of any repeat issues in the new room. We have since fumigated the old room where the complaint was made by you. As for the free breakfast offer, the manager says that since they had already changed your room, it was a form of good will gesture on his behalf and since you had early morning plans, you decided not to avail the offer. Good hotel with clean sheets and good brand items. The standard rooms do not have windows, but everything else was good. Special mention for the food and the server who waited on us. The location is also good, being on the Dehradun road starting from Rishikesh.

It was a ok ok type hotel,location of the hotel is best seller for this hotel,located close to Triveni ghat just around 1.2 km easily Accessible by local e-rickshaw or auto.food is delicious but I got scammed on the portion size of breads,I asked for 4 breads and I was billed for 8. Complimentary breakfast is just an eye wash with no buffet and very limited options.Rooms were really small with no window.another good point is this hotel has its own covered basement parking.

Dear Guest, our standard AC rooms do not have windows as mentioned on our description as well as clearly shown in room pictures, We do have deluxe rooms with balconies too at a higher price band. Complementary breakfast is unlimited though choices may not be suitable to every palette as we cater mostly to north Indian menu options. We did review your food bill and saw a signed bill for your room for 8 tandoori rotis for a group of five people. In case there was a mistake you should have pointed it out at time of signing the bill or even next morning at time of paying for it, we would have matched with the kitchen and promptly refunded the amount if needed. There seems to be no communication from your end during the stay. We do apologize for the sub par experience and for your next stay if you do chose us, do let us know of this experience so we can make it up to you. Thank You Front Office Team Azul
