This hotel was decent but it doesn't have the facilities of restaurant and the staff also lacks communication skills.

Not a any singal facilities in this hotel no good no water no glas no shampoo nothing like hotel it’s just room rent out without any facilities

It’s average, fan regulator was not Working so we faced some issue. 20 mnt of power cut was there. Apart from this all good.

Itna unsupported hotel jiban me nahi dekha.. ye log bas paise paise karte he,, staff behave thik he baki to bekar, na tk extra mattress na to child k liye koi facilities,,room rate high. usme vi extra bed nahi yaar family k liye book kiya room or koi insankyat nam ka chij nahi he.. subha pahuche 7 baje then exgra 1000 liya. bas paise kamane k liye baithe he.. very wrost hotel he jaoge koi to bas pachhutaoge.. me to minus. e deta feti g but no options... 😡😡😡

Location is good. The hotel is close to triveni ghat and much closer to haridwar on the badrinath highway. The rooms are comfortable. The staff is courteous and helpful. Food, however, has to be procured from outside. Also, the hotel is a tad bit away from tapovan and lakshman jhula.

Property Location is great, walking distance from Triveni Ghat. In middle of market, helpful staff and management. I am grateful for their friendly gesture

The hotel is located in a popular location. However, the service being provided at this cost is horrible. Article wise rating is under 1. Bed and bedsheet - very poor 2. Tv - not functional 3. Washroom - smelling 4. Doors- faulty

Horrible experience faced first time with the hotel which is on MMT panel. how can MMT suggest such a pathetic hotel on their portal. I have checked in on 11th Oct....as room was not clean and stains were there on bedsheets, TV set top box was missing, AC remote was missing, bugs and spiders were there in washroom while checkout staff was rude and looking to take extra money from us staff was telling AC remote is missing and putting allegations on us. Towel was wet because we had a bath in morning but staff was telling towel is also wet bed sheets are also wet and we cannot give to another customer which means this hotel does not wash their laundry just simply dry them and use for customers Do not suggest this hotel to anyone in future please

Hotel is right in between market. So it is safe for solo traveller. Besides 5-7 mins walk to triveni ghat so we can attend aarti and get back. For eating 2-3 hotels are there and thelas are there. Hotel is good. For some things you have to ask and take. But staff is good and you will get what you want. In short nice and safe stay for solo as well as family.

The room was very bad, at the reception there was one boy who doesn't know to speak and talk with customer, the reception boy was use to like always confused, no tea and coffee facility at hotel the room door was not able to locked and damaged we request to change the room but they denied

The property is at a prime location, waking distance to triveni ghat. Parking can be a issue as they only they do not have space for all the guest bookings in hotel. The staff was not cooperative, we asked to extend for half an hour to have breakfast, but they kept calling us to check out else they will charge 300/hour. You have to use stairs sometimes, as hotel staff kept the lift power supply off and every time you have to ask them to switch on.

Property is okay. But the amenities should be a little bit more. The staffs are supportive. Location wise ( triveni ghat is walking distance) it's very good. Car parking facilities are here.

It’s good staff is very supportive and friendly. Rooms are clean and hygienic with all clean towel soap and other necessities

Hotel outer was good. But had cockroaches in room and the furniture required maintenance. Untidy rooms n stains on bedsheet, blankets n chair. Not a value for money i spent.
