We had a wonderful one-day stay at Neeraj Naturecure– Ganga View. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a pooja, which instantly made us feel at home. The customer service and communication were excellent throughout our stay -the staff were polite, attentive, and very helpful.
The room service was quick, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated the complimentary Ganga Aarti experience and the thoughtful farewell gift when we checked out— such a lovely touch! The location is perfect too, with parking available right in front of the hotel and the market just a short walk away.
The only minor downside was that the bathroom had a slight odor, but apart from that, everything was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a peaceful and welcoming experience by the Ganga.
