Except the reception guy, everything seems fine. Special message to the owner or management Please look into this seriously because of the attitude of the guy on reception, he is not at all welcoming. Second and very concerning, nobody is looking after the basic civic . At five thirty in morning neighbouring cottage occupants started playing loud music on speaker in their balcony nobody from the hotel staff took any concern about it. Food and location is superb.

Reception person were very clever as they have asked extra money for everything I have booked with the similar terms and conditions also they have cottage and it was not showing on make my trip. Also wanted to mention that cottage is much recommended

Everything was nice, food was amazing. Common area and outside area near to river is also very nice. Only thing they have to work upon is cleanliness. Somehow they lack in this. If you are paying 5k for the stay you will expect your room to be very neat and clean.

Very good property along the river bank. We booked a cottage whose balcony opens at the river. This was off season hence maintenance and cleanliness was lacking a bit. the manager informed that they have already got all paint material and will complete the maintenance work in one week. The food was very good. Staff was very humble and prompt. The best part was relaxation in the River, morning evening anytime. The KHO river is gentle flowing with around 1 feet of water

Location of the resort is Excellent nearby the river. One can go into the river and enjoy sometime there in nature. Staff was cooperative. Food was good as well. Just one small issue which we faced was water leakage in our washroom and one old AC which wasn’t doing cooling properly.

It was a pleasant experience.. the food was good.. hygiene was duly considered.. the resort is just next to a river that enhanced the overall beauty of the place. Only thing was.. the cottage rooms were unavailable for booking on mmt even during office season. Still overall Experience was 5 star.
