Zone Connect by The Park Lansdowne

The food was not good at all. No taste and very limited options.

The property is clean and well-maintained, just a 150-meter walk from the main road. Nature lovers won’t mind the short walk at all. Rooms are plenty, but AC rooms are limited. That said, in July the weather was so pleasant we didn’t even need a fan! Food was average, and the phone line wasn’t great (just my personal experience). I plan to visit again!

I booked 3 rooms for my family via MakeMyTrip at Zone Connect by The Park, Lansdowne (28–29 June). Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. One room was in bad shape — it was a non-smoking room, yet we found bidi stubs and burn marks on the carpet. Housekeeping (number 100) never answered despite repeated calls. Dinner service was very slow — we waited more than 40 minutes in the dining area with no proper response. At checkout, I asked for the food bill, but they refused to share it. The prices on the final bill were also different from what the hotel had shared on WhatsApp, and when I asked for a correction or discount, it was outright denied. Overall, the service, hygiene, and attitude were not up to standard. Definitely not recommended for a peaceful family trip.

Nice service and yummy food. But the entry is bit exhausting with almost 500 metre hilly walk (difficult with small kids ) . No ac in rooms . Staff is courteous. Room service is good.

I got a chance to stay at Zone Connect for two nights during June 2025. It was my worst ever experience in my life so far. There is no dedicated parking, so park on the road side, and there is no security gaurd posted there. Then this hotel is about 10mins uphill walk, so every time you need to go anywhere, be prepared take that walk. Pathetic food, even for the basic items like grilled sandwich, onion parantha, tea and coffee. Poor management to top it all, may god bless!!

It is a good Property with Natural views and exactly in the mountain. Property is picturesque with very beautiful flowers blossoming. Food is also very good. I will recommend to stay in this property

We had an average experience while staying in this hotel. Don't go by the Google reviews. The room we booked had a stinking washroom. our room got changed however the smell was still there. The food ordered took ages to come. They are highly understaffed as there was only 1 person catering to the guests in the restaurant during rush time. The food quality was average. The pool was dirty. plus points- the view from the room is good. PS - the parking is on the road and one has to walk 150 mtrs to reach the hotel

we stayed in zone connect by the park ,lansdowne in jun 2025 for 02 nights ...have booked premium rooms instead of connect rooms but absolutely no view from balcony and no Air conditioner in room...it was super hot.... Now comes the food part ....to which i can't even give it a rating...havn't seen such pathetic serive and food ever.... Breakfast served was not even enough for the clients staying there ...after asking for every single thing again and again they were bringing small portions from kitchen thats too after 15 - 20 min... Only part good was its location and property...rest service sucks...would not recommended it to anybody...

We booked stay considering the property is managed by The Park, however, to our disappointment, there are few things I would highlight: the hotel doesn’t have parking, you have to park your car on road and walk 300 mts to the hotel, the hotel doesn’t have AC rooms, the property is not well maintained, the rooms are very small as compared to shown in images, maximum items mentioned in menu are not available, the food serves was however decent, swimming pool is not well kept and is cleaned manually

This resort is located on a valley 4 km away from Lansdowne. It is beatifully made and peaceful resort with clean and spacious rooms. You'll not want to stay in your room coz the property is so well made, it feels very relaxed in the common area with breathtaking views. The food to my surprise is also very good and resonably priced.

The location is good, property is good but the service is terrible. The whole property is very short staffed. There was a group staying at the time of our stay and the whole staff was just focussed on them, we had to run after the staff to just give our food order (and that too multiple times), there was no one to even clean table for us or ask for water, at breakfast the options were limited and when we requested for something as basic as a paratha, they were resistant to give it, overall it felt like they were least interested in hosting us. The lack of service was the main reason that spoiled this beautiful property for us. Even at the time of check out, no one at the reception picked our call on intercom. If they improve their service and work a bit on customer satisfaction and happiness this place can be a gem.

Location is central. Food was excellent. The rooms are well-kept and spacious The view from the property is breathtaking, especially the Himalayan view point from the hotel. Orchestra was arranged on Sunday evening to add to the charm of stay at thos beautiful resort.

Went with family for 3 days to ivy green(zone connect) overall experience was good, booked 2 lux room . One the best resorts in Lansdowne. good staff . The charges of the resort are still low as compared to its peers resorts .

Our experience at Zone Connect Hotel was extremely disappointing. We booked a Luxe room for a two-night stay, but upon checking in, we found a dangerous reptile in the room, which posed a serious threat to our safety, especially with our young children. We immediately called the hotel staff, who saw the reptile and attempted to remove it, but then claimed it had disappeared somewhere in the room. Feeling unsafe, we requested a room change to another Luxe room, but the staff instead offered us a very poor, low-category room that was untidy and uncomfortable. On the second day, we asked again for a room change, but the staff repeatedly said the hotel was fully booked. When we requested a refund for the second night, they flatly refused, leaving us with no choice but to endure this nightmare. Hotel Reception staff was not at all cooperative with the customers.

We had an excellent stay at the resort. Loaction of resort is the highlight,surrounded by nature, mountains,peace all around. Food was good,service was really good !! We really enjoyed our weekend there..Must recommended..totally satisfied. Himalayan view point is the USP of this resort.must visit :)
