Staff was very rude and no cleaning done next day when i asked for clean room manager told me you have to give the room key before leaving the hotel and no body informed as i have to submit the key before leaving the hotel

No one listen on hotel staff. Staff senior argument that i don’t have time to deliver the food in hotel. Baggage was also not carrying. Smelly room washroom also dirty.

Bedsheets were dirty and tv was not working. Communicated this to the reception person but he did not respond for the entire duration of our stay. Food was great but overpriced. Room service was slow.

It's a nice hotel for groups 14 kms away from Lansdowne. Nice view. If you are looking for a peaceful place, it's best hotel. Food is good, staff is also good. Rooms were clean. Overall good hotel.

Worst experience of my life I would say. After spending so much money I feel I am cheated and wasted my entire money. Most unhygienic hotel I have stayed. You will find hairs lying on floor which is of someone you don't know. Terrible experience with my kids. Most unhygienic hotel I have seen in my life. They don't offer breakfast early morning. You cannot sleep in quilt provided due to filthy smell. In cooperative staff. Disrespectful people what else should I say.

Rooms and corridor of hotel were very smelly. Basic amenities like soap shampoo water etc were not available Long power cut. To sum it up it was a disappointing experience.

Overall good stay, staff is cooperative, food is average but compared with other local restaurants it is good. Location is 20 km from main lansdowne but with nature and en-route to takes war.
