I have stayed for two days in the property which is not bad thats why i have chosen to stay there but the food and its rates are quite high even more than other five star hotels this is not it they have zero knowledge about tax system i don’t have any problem with the staff but the owner is so damn rude and his attitude towards the guests is even worst so i am reviewing this on the basis of the conversation with the property owner and the food rates nad taxes.

The resort is located at a premium location. Directions to reach there were texted to me separately by the staff before hand. The view from the rooms is amazing 😍. Totally loved the stay 😌.

The stay was good. Rooms were nice beautiful scenic view from the balcony. But the balcony were not kids friendly the railing were wide enough that kid can fall off from there. As per the price the room and location were quite nice. Food was good in taste although the food menu was a bit expensive.

It was very wonderful experience. Very clean hotel and staff were friendly. Hotel view excellent, food was excellent. I recommend a must visit to this awesome place.

1st of all the sales person was soo soo rude and mannerless, their property location was almost 40km wrong on google map, when i called the sales person for the complaint, he was blaming us and said why are you following the location in google maps (i have the call recording also) the property was good but the management & arrangement was pathetic. Food & drinks was pathetic, ordered 5 6 starters, everything was too salty and tasteless, we had to manage our dinner outside in some other resort. Breakfast was too bad. Even, they use the same liquid soap in handwash, shower gel & shampoo dispensers.

Staff was found to be short and overworked and were not able to compete with the demands of the customers.

The hotel was really at a good location and the hospitality provided during the stay were really excellent.

The hotel hamilton palace is an excellent property with very helpful and respectful staff. The rooms are very comfortable with balcony having pleasing valley view.
