Aita River Resort

service is very poor, property to be maintained, renovation required, kids play room required, TV required. this all are not available.

It was an excellent stay, tent, washroom all the facilities were good and up to the price, cheapest available hotel near lansdowne

I recently stayed at aita river resort and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the lack of air conditioning made it extremely uncomfortable, especially during the hotter parts of the day. To make matters worse, the swimming pool was not clean and seemed poorly maintained, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the food was below average in both quality and taste, failing to meet even basic expectations. Given these issues, i feel that the resort did not provide the value for the money spent, and i am considering requesting a refund.

Everything was gud. But the service can be a little better like wash-rum cleanliness, toiletries were not provided, towels were not usable

The stay was horrible, we practically ran away from the place after one night stay, we couldn't sleep the entire night, there was no water in the toilet and the place was crawling with bugs and we were worried a snake can come in as the tents were not sealed. In the morning a short circuit happend in the tent opposite to us and we saw sparks flying and they had to shut the power. There was no one to contact through the night for water and the food was terrible. It was a very unsafe and unhygienic place

Tents were comfortable and washroom was attached. Decent food, bonfire and music box was provided. Property has nice river flowing in front. Though property is around 20 km before main lansdowne.

Stayed with family in this resort. Good location, tents are comfortable. Staff was very professional and courteous. Ample space for kids to play and river is an amazing place for you to relax.

Very nice property with very good open area, garden, swimming pool and access to river. Close to nature and nice place for weekend outings.

The hotel has access to river, which was a unique experience for us. However, the management should take steps to preserve this beautiful advantage, people were allowed to drink while sitting in the river, they threw all used bottles in the river. The tents are normal. Bathrooms could have been better with toilet paper etc.

Property is good location service is good

Dinner was good but breakfast was average. The worst thing was no segregation of veg and egg was shown.

Decent stay if you are looking for camping. Services are ok. Property is good but it's not well maintained. Location is lill far from lansdowne.

Swimming pool is not working. Dining takes a lot of time. Room linen were not clean.

The resort is in the lap of nature and besides river khoh. If someone wants to live in peaceful enviourment, away from the hasty life of cities then this is your place

The stay was good, rooms were ok, hospitality locality was great but struggled with the food. Taste was awfull.
