Stay was awesome and surrounded with greenery. All facilities were up to the mark. Staff were really helpfull. Except Tarkeshwar temple all tourist points are near by this place. The property is poor. Rooms are small. After 10PM no one is in the property we had to borrow water from co-guests. There was no intercom in the room. The tv was not working.They want extra charge for everything.

The cottage stay was wonderful, offering a serene and picturesque environment, comfortable accommodations, and excellent hospitality. The staff were attentive, and the facilities were well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing experience. However, the only downside was the food, which didn’t meet expectations in terms of quality or taste. While everything else about the stay was exceptional, the dining experience could use significant improvement.

We stayed for two nights in jun e 2023. Cottages were very small. Food was not good either. Rates are very high compared to the facilities and food provided.

It is nice property and place for stay, it is not very near to town but approachable food quality-also good only issue with freshly applied oilpaint on wood ceilings create issue with allergic person like me, but it will reduce hope in amonth. Staff also coopeative. Rooms need arrengments to keep luggage.

property is not good as per its value, rooms are very ordinary even no flask, hot pot was there. approach road is terrible, kachcha road, steep, risky. entire campus was not cleaned. no basic toiletries were not available in bathroom. but food quality is good. nothing more 🙏🏽 thanks

Good location. Good stay for kids. Spacious. But approach road to this hotel is in a bad condition.

Please don't give 4 ratings to such type of facilities as it creates confusion among the people booking. It is below the average hotel and the rating is showing 4. The light went out at night and no backup. Breakfast was bad. Not happy with the stay experience at all.

The staff was rude, was unwelcoming and switched off our lights once we stayed 10 mins beyond checkout time. The caretaker is arrogant, uncouth and quite cheap

Location is beautiful as you'll advocate beautiful scenario every morning and evening , room was clean and well maintained, food was tasty and had lots of variety as well

Manager & staff is very polite & caring. In-house food quality & services are quite awesome. Cottage is located with natural surroundings. Perfect getaway from cacophony.

That's how i felt at lansdowne. While this doesn't mean that the staff was bad or anything, rather they were most courteous, yet the standard protocols were overlooked 90% of the times and wasnt followed by any staff member. However, rooms are alright. Location is great. It's perhaps the best that lansdowne has to offer but doesn't compare itself with similarly priced properties elsewhere.
