Eden Resort

Stay was good. food was good little expensive with regards to price and quantity and only Jio works no airtel.no vodaphone. Wifi is not there always in rooms it comes and goes. so if we have to work then we need to go to the reception for wifi

The location of the resort is very peaceful and quiet without. However, it doesn't fulfill the criteria of a "resort"- it is just an average hotel with rooms and restaurant. The only saving grace is the view of the valley from the balcony. You won't get a mobile network (except jio probably). That's expected but the Wi-Fi provided was also non-operational. Another problem we faced is toilet exhaust fan not working - they should've checked before offering us the room. The bathroom door had no latch- somebody had to stand guard outside. Food was fine- mainly North Indian and Chinese - no pizzas and pastas, and you cannot get tandoori roti in the afternoon. Staff - a single person - is courteous However, for the price we paid, we expected a lot more from the "Resort"

We stayed in wood house. Rooms were excellent, clean, spacious, well designed. View from balcony is awesome, especially at the time of sunrise. Wifi was hit and miss, especially considering limited mobile network in Lansdowne, but overall an excellent stay, rounded to 4 stars out of 5.

It was a great experience but the prices could be better. Food was also not that great. Food was very oily. If they could improve on the food part and the price part that would be great

Breathtaking view of the valley and good food.

Staying there was a good experience. The location of the hotel is really good. Also the food was very good. The best thing was my stay in wood house with a balcony and valley view. One can see sunrise from the balcony. The only thing which could be included by the resort for it's customer is the common activity area like indoor games for kids and adult. Overall it was👍

Location is excellent l. The rooms maintain the sanity and safety wise also great but food need to be improved.

The food is very good, the hosts are very good and helpful. The room service is prompt and respectful. I loved every moment. Thanks to mr om prakash and another sir who takes care of the kitchen services.

What a lovely stay that was. I was there with my family and my friend's family. We all enjoyed the stay there. Specially manager of the resort was very friendly. Even whole staff was very polite, professional and friendly. I already planned my second trip in the same resort.

I had a booking for two nights but could only stay here for one night as my son caught severe viral infection from their uncleaned quilt, bed sheets and pillow covers. Then their food was also horrible with lot of chilli not good for kids. Only ended up for us to return mid trip with no cancellation or refund provided by hotel for next day. Not at all recommended for families and no one should pay this much amount to go through this ordeal. Please avoid this resort.

My worst experience in 20 year of travel. Nothing more to say. Callous unprofessional
