Green Palms Rubystone Exotic

We had an amazing family stay at Green Palm Rubystone. The property is clean, peaceful, and surrounded by lush greenery, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, ideal for families with kids. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious with a good variety to suit all tastes. The pool and play area kept our children happily engaged throughout. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience. We would highly recommend Green Palm Rubystone to anyone looking for a family-friendly and rejuvenating stay.

Very peaceful stay, nice cooperative staff and very nice food

The stay was very pleasant. The room allotted to us had a clear valley view and we were able to enjoy the sunrise. We enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Good restaurant. Great for a weekend vacation.

The hotel location and food are amazing and all the staff very supportive. In future i can recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is good but some of the rooms don't have any view which one expects in such place

Frequent light cuts were there in the hotel. No proper electricity backup is present and the lift also stops working when there is no electricity. When asked for refund they deny to provide

Room given by the hotel is different as it was booked. Room was not worth according to the price. Also there was very much electricity issue. Hotel restaurant needs very much improvement they need to change their she-ff to improve the quality of food.

There was electricity problem multiple times. There is no instant backup.

Room booked by me was not good at all. I had to upgrade my room broken windows very small room does not match with the pics in the app

Stay was nice. Staff were very cordial. Food was awesome, specially dinner.

We had a great experience. The manager there, greeted us and guided us well for our stay. Food options were less but it might be due to lesser of guests during rainy days. But we were contented with our stay at green palms.

Overall hotel is good, staff is also kind ( especially rahul ) however, they need to work on their rooms smell, overall ventilation systems need to improve. Limited food however it was okay to eat. Best part - i would recommended this hotel for 1 or 2 days stay for every one as its very near or lance down, just 15 min drive to bull a taal, tip top point, war memorial and small market etc.
