Room was not clean and the WiFi was not working and hot water issue

The hotel room was terrible, washroom didn’t had bodywash or soap. The Landline was also not working. The staff was rude. We booked a premium room, and didn’t had all the facilities

the property is located at good location. however the house keeping was not excellent and u to expectations. TV not working, bathroom was having smoking smell. staff service was nice and food was okay. breakfast was average as it comes as complementary kids area not available as shown at the time of booking

Our stay was absolutely perfect! We celebrated our 1st anniversary here they did beautiful room decor—it truly made our day special. We stayed in the Junior Suite, which was spacious and beautifully designed, with a large balcony. We also had dinner at the hotel and ordered the chilli garlic noodles—delicious! The food was amazing, and the service was truly 100/100. If you’re visiting Rishikesh, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It made our celebration unforgettable!

worst entry to property. 2 floor stairs climb karke you reach to u *celebrity suite* which is nothing but a big room with no extra facility. 5000 ke room category and 25000 ki suite category does not have any facility difference. Poorest of service and amenities in the room. not recommended for luxurious stay.

Stay was very disappointing. Room was very untidy. Ben lenin was filthy. Swimming Pool was like not being cleaned from a month. Breakfast was very limited with not up to the mark. The price which they charge was of a high end Hotel but the services were pathetic.

resort location is very nice as it is located only about 1kms from lashman jhula,around 2kms from city center and only 300-400mtrs from tapovan main market food is decent some items are very good and some of items are average in taste quality is good and service of restaurant is very much fast staff is well trained and proffesional overall my stay was a good choice I enjoyed it very much

Rooms were clean and very comfortable with lots of space and modern n stylish decor. Staff were helpful throughout the stay. The hotel location is great in all aspects. Food quality is good. Overall we had a wonderful experience

I search 4-5 star properties nr laxaman zula and this property suggested to me so i checked the overall things on mm t and booked my stay! it was amazing stay with narayana sanctuary.

We had a one night stay at this property. The views, greenery and an overall look of the property was amazing. Our suite was big enough and colour coordinated which was soothing to eyes. The morning view when we just woke up was enthralling. Staff and room services could be better. An a1 for the property. Must stay if you are looking for a picturesque resort.

One of the most horrible stay of my life. Hotel staff was rude, arrogant and most importantly the property is under construction resulting in regular use of hammers and tools leading enhancing the horrible experience that was not at all worth. Worst experience

The services was very bad. At the end hotel staff make us fool also the food quality is not so good, they have been charge so much, breakfast quality was poor, i never prefer to anyone for staying there, they had taken money extra from us. No thank

The service provided was very pleasant, the lawns and other areas were scenic but the room on the ground floor was not very spacious as seemed to be in the picture but was very pretty and clean.

Property is nicely located in tapovan close to most cafe and restaurants. But is very far from triveni ghat as the road outside is full of traffic over weekends and generally takes 40-45 minutes to travel 2-3 kms by car. Food is good however we explored nearby cafes mostly. We booked a celebrity suit which was spacious however it was over priced. There were dogs with other guests swimming in pool due to which our kids could not go swim.

It's ok, not as good as luxurious. In photos it looks great, but actually it's average not value for money.

Property was good, but unfortunately there was some construction work going on, in and around homestay from 8am to 10pm, so it won't be so pleasent, as you were there to relax. Food was decent, especially their chef make lovely dal tadka.
