Either cheated by hotel manager, they showed the photos of different room but the room provided by hotel is very basic not more than 800 rs room but charged 1628 rupees for that room, hotel manager said they have that room only and the amount charged by non refundable. very bad experience. Not provided water, no towel and soap, washroom also dirty pathetic experience.

The amenities included with this room category are basic, such as a towel, soap, and water, which were duly provided. Regarding your request for a balcony room, we sincerely apologize for not being able to accommodate the upgrade. As we were fully booked at the time, there were no available rooms for an upgrade. However, we always strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests and would have been happy to upgrade you if availability allowed.
