earlier it was a good hotel now no cleanliness staff totally untrained kitchen is terrible i had leave hotel one day earlier.

I had a great stay at this clean and well-maintained hostel. The beds and washrooms were spotless, and the lively common area made it easy to meet fellow travelers.

The location is good in terms if you want to visit ganges, its in walkable distance from the place where rafts end, so you go and spent time there. The hotel rooms are not upto the mark as per price and needs better facilities. The standout thing is their staff they are very professional and kind. The rooms we got initially were not good so they listened to our issues and changed our rooms. Second i forgot my charger and checked out. When i called the hotel the staff ensured that its safe and agreed to send it via courier for which we were really grateful. Lastly, their breakfast spread is also decent.

Not as close to the Ganges as they make it believe on the page, rooms are dirty, toilets aren’t clean, breakfast spread is average though the taste as decent.

Location of the hotel is very good. View from the room was awesome. Hotel Service is good, friendly staff. The only drawback is, the room requires a bit of work to be done, switch boards were loose, sofa was old. Overall a good experience at the hotel.

Food is always good at there restaurant and they even deliver at your room. Hotel is near to neem beach.

We stayed at Kamay from 2nd Jan to 4th Jan 2025. It was quite enthralling. We booked Deluxe room but they upgraded us to River Side room. Hotel amenities were good, room were absolutely clean and staff was quite friendly. Best part is location which is easily accessible with good parking space. Location is near to Neem Beach which is 500 m far only. Special Thanks to Mr Maninder who guided us to nearby places. I will suggest visitors for Kamay but especially in the months of December and January as it will be less crowded. Just little improvement needed with door locks.

I was very surprised how mmt can give 4 star rating to such 3 star average facility. Mmt rating standard is very poor and false. I will take care while doing future booking.

Property is located in a very serene backdrop. Very calm and peaceful place. Service is very good. Room is spick and Only thing I find is not good enough is their menu. It is not upto our expectations as we are senior citizens and their food quantity is too less.

All over it was a good experience. Room size is good enough. Food is also good. Deluxe room doesn't offer any kind of view from balcony. You will get everything on walking distance.

The hotel has not been maintained at all, the room was stinking and was totally not worth the price. Bedsheet had hair when we entered and washrooms were dirty. There is no view as such. Even though we booked river view room which is their top category but its a scam, you hardly get any view there were very few breakfast options and the food was too bad. We even asked if they can make a dosa which is bare minimum at every buffet, they refused. Total waste of money

Hotel rooms are not well maintained, cleanliness issues are there. One should definitely not order food from restaurant. Staff is also not cooperative. Location is good.

The rooms are not as big. The mountain view doesn't have any mountain views instead they have a building under construction view. The maintenance of the property needs to be done. Plaster and paint falling. Food is average and that is because I am in a good mood. Mmt please visit this place because customers don't get their money's worth. Then judge....... Cleanliness was horrible. Insects everywhere. Scary......

Worst hotel in my life i had visited - 1. Flush was not working and after many reminders they do not bothered 2. Tea ordered in the evening and cup, kettle was there till we depart in the morning. 3. Approach to the hotel was horrible and sucidal. If guest can avoid this hotel then pl avoid.

Pathetic room no cleaniness no view worst stay of my life charging 6000 per night. Even not friendly staff

Location is accessible, parking is in the hotel only rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is very friendly.
