Terrible Stay

This was a terrible experience, first of all entrance to this hotel is very difficult, you need to show your driving skills just to enter the hotel parking, next the room was pathetic, insects and cockroaches everywhere, we were travelling with an infant, on complaining hotel staff said this situation is in all the rooms and we can put spray, now don’t understand that we can’t use these repellents with an infant, also the pest control should be done before guest check in and not after that. There were also spider webs in room. For hot water you need to keep the tap open for good 7-8 minutes and on contrary there hotel wifi password is savewaterplease. Worst experience by both hotel and MMT, please avoid this hotel, even if they give you free stay.

Property location is on the main road but you need to take a very large ramp then you can reach the hotel. Hotel was ok but it was not maintained well may be very less crowd on 15th august...Room was below average...faul smell...bedsheet not cleaned..bathroom seat jack not working properly....AC was good.. tea is good..sandwich are okay...service is good....we enjoyed roof top swimming although no crowd so we enjoyed private pool....roof top cafe was not a lively place as it is shown in the image..you feel very depressive as there was no one on the terrace....i did enjoy room because it was below average.bad smell...
