Luxury Cottage by Itvara

Wanted to stay in a place where our family (of six) could have some space, comfort, facilities of a home and our expectation was not just met but was exceeded. The four bed room, two floor villa situated inside a residential apartment complex has all the facilities a family would possibly need. While most home stays have a barely functional kitchen- to our pleasant surprise here we found crockery, bowl, plates, utensils, refrigerator, microwave oven, and a stove. Gopal ji the caretaker was kind, friendly and the breakfast he made for us for the two days we stayed was excellent. Another highlight was the calm, serene environment and coexistence with nature. Spotting an owlet during the night and greeted by chirping sparrows and numerous winged visitors next morning was an absolute delight. Although were a few home maintenance issues noticed which caused some inconvenience- deserves five stars and I will highly recommend the place for families visiting Rishikesh.

I have traveled with my friends and found this property located in a very peaceful location. The property have all rights to be called luxurious as it is nothing less than a Luxury Cottage by Itvara and the home like feeling dis not let us feel that we are in some abandoned home or nobody cares until you checkout. Right from the time of checkin to checkout it was a flawless experience, i liked the staff a lot. Home cooked food is the usp, very less oil and all home spices were used, the staff is available to clean the untesils twice a day. Housekeeping staff is well behaved. Property location is serene. It is actually a huge bunglow with 4 rooms a 2 big living area along with a garden and of-course terrace. I liked my first ever experience in home stay will surely recommend others.

Very clean and well maintained property. Tastefully done interiors. Host and caretaker are sweet talking people and makes your comfortable a breeze. We booked our stay last minute, as this is an apartment the host was very gracious to make late minute checkin very smooth.

Awesome place to stay, Is incredibly cheap if you hace 4 families with kids as rooms and common areas are large enough. Location too is good - away from Tapovan, but only a 20 Rs or 10 min auto ride from it, walking distance from Ram jhoola.
