Property is located at a serene and beautiful location which can make the stay extremely memorable. Unfortunately, it is not at all maintained and needs immediate attention. Be it seepage or pest control or cleanliness or working gysers or clean bedsheet. Basics like cleaning of the room and change of bedsheet prior to guest check in is entirely missing. Leave aside using fragrant oil diffuser or playing music to enhance the ambience, basics of a decent stay are missing. Request owner to physically inspect the property and take necessary actions to improve the experience of future guests. Staff was supportive.
