Very good location , have Mountain View from windows and ganga river view as well from Terrace

Housekeeping of the hotel was so poor. I can not expect such dirt in the rooms. Insects in the tea cattle were surprising. Breakfast was also not upto mark. If fact owner is stayed in Delhi.

Beautiful Hotel, near the Ganga river. Loved the service of the hotel in Rishikesh, the breakfast buffet was elaborate and staff was always available to assist. The best part was the accessibility as it was located on the main road and had parking in the basement. They organise Ganga Aarti for the room guests everyday on the terrace and view from their was even more mesmerising. For us it was the best hotel in Tapovan Rishikesh and would definitely recommend to everyone planning their trip to Rishikesh.

Location is good food is not rhat good. you can try around that area amenities are not upto the mark. lift was not working serving and staff is good

The hotel was good in a main road of Tapovan and the staff was well manner and maintain the stuff and the manager Karan was an amazing person so kind and humble must recommend to book this hotel

The room was good but basic tings like foot mates and bathroom kits were missing. Breakfast was below basic. The facility was not maintained. Up to the mark. Services and response from staff was not smooth. Overall the experience was not value for money.

it was average The location was good, the check took lots of time as the receptionist was busy dealing with new queries for new customers instead of prioritizing the check in. check out time another reception guy was asking that the food bill was due for me when I didn't even opt for any. service needs improvement

Wonderful stay at One Earth City Heart, Hotel is conveniently located on the main road easy to access local transport and has private parking which is a big plus. A short or long stay, this hotel is a great option for both. Highly recommended for those visiting Rishikesh.

Fabulous stay good food polite staff. The location is the best as it’s on the main Tapovan road and Laxman Jhula is walking distance from here. Highly recommended
